   The food was fine, we wish that the menu would have been more detailed as it lacked a lot of information about what is offered and what isn’t. So you have to waste time standing at the counter asking if they have this or that. The food items shown on display are tasty at least out of the ones we have tried. It’s also nice that they heat up the majority of sandwiches/toasties etc if asked. Prices are good. The tables don’t get cleaned very often due to how busy it is so we had to clean it ourselves to have space.

   My latte was a glass full of hot milk and half the small cup of coffee.Before I could say can you take out some of the milk and use all the coffee, he threw the coffee away. Therefore no taste of coffee. Have to say the worst Costa coffee I've ever had.

   Good menu and experienced staff, which appears well trained. The coffee tasted nice and fresh, probably steamed from the preparation. Some add-in, like shops selling clothes and home ornament, makes the shop attractive, providing a wonderfully ambitious ambiance. However, management must check the toilet and ensure regular and follow-up cleaning. To the staff, thank you for your services.

   Often very short stocked, especially of the more popular Costa items. I've been here three times and they've never had the ingredients they need to make the frappes/frostinos.
