   It’s our third time visiting, and unfortunately each experience has been a bit disappointing. The haircuts are good, but the staff tend to be unfriendly and at times quite abrupt. When we arrived, instead of a greeting, the first thing we were told was “We are fully booked”, even though we had made an appointment just 30 minutes earlier and several slots still appeared to be available. The hairdresser didn’t seem very customer-focused and came across as a little arrogant.

   I’ve been going to Donny for 6 years now, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. His attention to detail, consistency, and professionalism are second to none. Every cut is spot-on, and he always makes sure I leave the chair feeling my best. Donny is exceptional at what he does, and that’s why I keep coming back—highly recommend!

   I arrived on time for my son's scheduled haircut appointment at 3 PM, but unfortunately, we were not greeted upon entering and felt completely ignored. When I mentioned our appointment, the response from the staff was unhelpful. I was informed, rather abruptly, that only cash was accepted as payment. If cash had been the only payment method, I believe it would have been appropriate to inform me at the time of booking the appointment to avoid any inconvenience. The lack of communication, combined with the rude demeanor of the staff, left us feeling insulted and disrespected.

   Always go to this barbers and I always see the lovely Monica who always does a fantastic job with my hair no matter how often I see her. Always so welcoming to her customers & always a joy to chat with. Even though you don't need to book an appointment to be seen, the online booking website is very easy to use & a great way of checking the availability for the hairdresser's :)

   Went for a women’s cut with Jen. Easy to book (though no need to if you’re ok with a short wait) staff were lovely and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Much more convenient than a hair dressers.

   The only place I go for a haircut. Lovely staff who remember you and how you like it, plus a nice chat if that's what you enjoy. Most recently I had my hair done by *Jen*, who is an absolutely lovely lady and does a great job. I've also had my hair done well by both Monikas in the past. Would recommend this local hair dressers. They have helped me figure out what style and cut suits me and what I like.

   Great barbers, staff are all really nice and friendly. We take our toddler there and they’re brilliant with him. Jen has always cut his hair and she does a brilliant job and is very patient when he isn’t always the keenest to have it done. Definitely recommend
