   It's been 2 years since I've seen Kasia and it was wonderful to be back! Kasia really listens and understands exactly what you want. The salon is always an oasis of calm and as a customer you're made to feel very welcome. Their understanding of curls is second to none; I've been to other curly salons over the last 10 years and Trepadora is the best! Don't hesitate to book!

   As a very anxious curly girl, Polina is the first hair stylist to make me feel truly comfortable in the chair and the only one I feel excited to have a hair cut with. She truly understands curls and how to achieve the look you want, she is a genius!!! The salon is also very stylish and the products are great. Love this place!

   I've been using the Trepadora products for years since a previous salon recommended them to me, but only discovered their flagship salon in Maidenhead, where I had my first curly hair cut and style appointment a few years ago in 2022. I've been to a few curly specialist salons and this is hands down the best. Never looking back! If you are looking to learn to care for and transform your curls with techniques and products that will nurture your hair both outside of and in the salon, this is the place for you. The staff are very friendly, approachable and experienced and it is a very relaxing experience here, which I don't always have with hair salons. Coming here feels like a proper pamper experience! I also only use the Trepadora products at home now and have noticed a big difference in my overall hair health and condition. Pics are of my first big chop in Feb 2022 as well as colour with full head of blonde highlights that I had done in 2024. As you can see my hair is growing well with regular trims here and I'm looking forward to seeing it grow more. Thank you team Trepadora, grateful for finding you!

   I recently got my hair done and my stylist recommended the papaya slip taming solution which she said was on the pricey side but I was okay with it. I love the way it made my hair look so I ran to the website to order not realizing that it’s a UK company and the pricing difference of both the bottle and the cost of shipping. The total in USD was about $60 and change, $30 for the product and $30 for shipping crazy but I guess when you have great hair care products you pay the price. It was just a little too pricey for me. So I reached out to customer service about a refund and Bryony was great with communication and getting me the refund back which didn’t take long to receive at all! The customer service was delightful and helpful and I am thankful for them answering all my concerns and questions!

   This was my first time at trepadora and I really enjoyed it. The staff is really nice and helpful, they know how to cut curly hair and to style it. I learned a lot today and I will start my new routine with the new products which are really good in my opinion and come back soon for sure. I think it's the best in our zone.    My very first curly hair experience, so I was a little apprehensive, but I needn't be. Everyone was so friendly and kind, and took great care of me. Kasia talked me through the entire process and what each technique and product did. There is no hard-sell for their products, which was appreciated, and I couldn't be happier with my hair! I learnt so much from Kasia, and can't wait to implement everything I've learnt! The salon is clean, spacious and calming. Superb experience!
