   I had a full head of highlights and toner by Jessica and the results, treatment and professionalism were all outstanding. I’ve been having my hair lightened and highlight for over 7 years and I think Jessica has done the best job so far. I will 100% be going to her to continue having my hair done. Thank you Jess! The rest of the salon and team were also so lovely. I would recommend them to anyone.

   I had a very disappointing experience here. I came in with clear photos and asked for a cool-toned ash brown around level 6–7. I specifically said no warmth and no red tones. Despite that, I left with hair that is far too dark in level 3, full of red undertones, and now looks like three different colors layered on top of each other. It is the opposite of what I asked for. I was also left sitting for around 10 minutes with wet hair, ignored, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional. The salon was not clean. When I left, I found my bag (which I had to place on the floor while waiting) was covered in someone else’s hair. It’s still stuck to the fabric. When I asked questions, I didn’t feel listened to. Even when I expressed concern about the shade being too dark before the dye was applied, I was told it was already mixed and there was no option to change. I spent a lot of money here and now I am stuck with 4 shades too dark hair because the hair is too damaged to even fix it. The result, the service, and the hygiene were all unacceptable. I cannot recommend this salon.

   This was my first time coming here after being recommended by a friend and I will 100% be back! The hospitality, the services and the staff were incredible and exceeded my expectations. I came in wanting to get layers and a blowout done, along with a reference picture, and my stylist - Jane, went above and beyond along with everyone else in the salon who helped! Would also like to highlight one of the main reasons I had such a great time was because of my stylist Jane! She was an absolute sweetheart and gave me such a gorgeous blowout! I’ve never had so many compliments about my hair. The staff were incredibly sweet and caring! Cannot thank you guys enough for the haircut and incredible service you guys have given me- definitely recommend this place!

   Hands down my favourite salon ever!! Ruby Reds is just amazing. I thought I’d go all out and get a full spiral perm and I am in love with my new hair do. Mega curls with lush volume and it’s also super soft! Jane was absolutely brilliant, as was everyone else in the salon. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Jane and her Junior (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) were also very informative about the aftercare and how to keep my perm looking amazing after I left too, and it is absolutely lush! I can’t recommend Ruby Reds enough. They also make a delicious latte :-) Thanks again everyone!

   I went in for a cut and blow dry, and had a great experience. I was seen by Katy who was absolutely great! Did an amazing job and was lovely to talk. I don’t like getting my hair cut as I’ve had bad experiences before due to having quite curly hair, but Katy made me feel at ease and I left a very happy customer. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you also to the lady who served me when I came in, I didn’t catch her name but she was also very sweet and helpful! Lovely staff!

   I've visited Ruby Reds a couple of times already and the only thing I can say is that they are absolutely AMAZING. The entire team, but especially Jodie. From the moment you walk in, they all make you feel welcome and super friendly whether they are offering you a drink or washing your hair. Then Jodie is an absolute artist with colour. She listens to what you want, but also she's not afraid of making recommendations and suggestions if you want them, be it colour or cut, she knows what she's doing. Genuinely, I don't think there's anyone better with colour in all Reading

   This review is so overdue. Rachel is an amazing hairdresser, loved how she listened to how I wanted my hair. The girls at the salon are so lovely and welcoming, would recommend my sisters to come here as they live in Swindon. Lots of love Ruby Reds never going anywhere else.
