   I have been to Electric a couples now and it is the best in business around Reading! Booking in was very simple, I had Faye on the phone very polite and professional! Once I got to the appointment I was greeted very well by all colleagues by making me comfortable and offering drinks the person that stood out in that case was Jorja making me feel very welcome. Sean and Faye did a lovely job at getting my perm re-done. They took their time and made it the best they could whilst providing good customer service! I believe Amy is the manager running Electric checking in all the time to see if I was comfortable and everything was up to standard. Would recommend to anyone that wants a perm done or any other services they may provide. A very happy customer!

   My favourite hairdressers! After trialing a few out, my long hair is at safest in the hands of the staff at Electric hair. The hairdressers are thorough, they listen to my goals and actually apply them. The staff are warm and very friendly. Edit: This place has been my go to for years but I’ve had a recent very unfortunate experience with my hair, I didn’t ask for my hair to be cut off so much. It was too much. And it wasn’t even finished properly. I don’t think i can allow myself to come back or trust this place with my hair again. All the staff are really lovely and warm but that’s not enough for me as my trust is broken since the last visit. I gave a 3 because my past visits have been great, except that last one. I wish everyone well

   Went in for a really simple cut and restyle, service was great until the end. I’d asked for face framing at the front at about my jawline and ended up walking out with bangs. Even when I pointed out they were wonky the stylist cut both sides even shorter. Left so upset with nothing like what I wanted and no time to deal with it before I go on holiday next week.

   Had my hair done by Judith a few weeks ago and I really love it! Her attention to detail is incredible and it felt like she really wanted my hair to look amazing! Only issues were; I was asked if I wanted a drink but that never came, so then I had to ask the woman who was washing my hair if I could get a drink. And then the whole appointment took about 4.5 hours with Judith doing a couple of other people's hair in between. This is fine but I just had no idea it would take this long before we started and it would have been nice to know as I was supposed to be meeting someone after. I did get a complimentary treatment added in which was a nice surprise! I also had no idea that the deposit I had already paid was not included in the price I was quoted (I changed my booking to a balayage rather than just a full head dye). Overall everyone at Electric Reading is super friendly and I will certainly be coming back!

   I had a great experience here. All the stylists are so dedicated and passionate about their craft. My stylist did an awesome job and was very chatty and engaging. She really looked after me well, asking if I was enjoying myself at every stage. Offered to give drinks but I declined because I wasn't thirsty. I would go back anytime. Good job they do here. Reasonable price too! Highly recommend!
