   Went as a walk in after a different hairdresser messed up my hair. Was seen within 20 minutes, was easy to book in, was a good price. They were able to make my hair look decent even though I wouldn't let them take a lot off as the previous hairdresser made bits too short. Were completely pleasant with me even though I was stressed out so I'd recommend in general but also if you're nervous at the hair dressers.

   I actually for a very long time had a good experience in super cuts, the receptionist and the hairdresser herself was so nice, smiley and easy to talk to. The premises itself was kind of cold as the heaters were not working which was unfortunate because having a hair wash in the cold wasn't the most comfortable for me or hair dresser and her hands. She was super gentle with her hair wash and just such a nice person. I was really pleased with the results at the end. I left super cuts actually less tired than when I come in, it was a great experience and hope when I go in next the same team is in or are just as friendly. This hair cut left me very happy months after. And just super greatful.

   Went into Supercuts today and saw Ann, she was so kind about my terrible hair, I was overwhelmed. She really looked after me, a true professional who cut & re-styled my hair. The salon was quiet when I visited so I didn't need to wait and Ann worked a miracle to make me feel and look better! A lovely lady with the very best customer service which is so rare.

   I requested Dee and she was great, she understood exactly what I wanted after a couple of questions, she is so friendly and down to earth. OMG the head massage was INCREDIBLE while she washed my hair. I loved it! We had a lovely chat, but what was really impressive was the results at the end of my appointment! I walked out feeling alot more confident than I did when I walked in. Thank you Dee, you're a star! Appointment was easy to book on their online website and really helpful text instructions too, front desk team was very approachable, salon was clean and they had a good selection of products on sale too.

   I find hair salons quite scary places, but I was brave today and went in Supercuts at the oracle in reading. I used the online check in tool which was fantastic and was luckily seen within five minutes of arriving. Joanne cut my hair after a shampoo and condition. I told her how nervous I was and she was really understanding, she made it a really positive experience and I’m super happy with how my hair has turned out! She even did a quick patch test in case I’m brave enough to think about highlights! Thank you for making me a bit less scared for the future Joanne! Really would recommend.

   I booked online. Was told I was first in the queue and would be seen in 5 minutes, so I quickly left work which was close by I arrived in time but there was one customer waiting and I had to wait an hour for my haircut. The online booking system is not accurate and I would prefer to go to a hairdresser that has appointments.

   I went in a month ago for a trim for the first time there thinking they offer a cheaper option and I feel like I’ve been conned. I asked for a dry cut as I had just washed my hair that morning so didn’t want it shampooing again, but I was told that they don’t really do dry cuts and I would need a wash and cut. I was in a good mood so I didn’t argue. Left and returned to the salon. Once sat in the chair she told me it’ll be £34.50 which shocked me a bit but agreed as I didn’t feel I had any option. After leaving she hadn’t cut the length off that I wanted. Really wanted another inch off then I googled their prices and it looks like I was charged for a wash, cut and blow dry which really annoyed me! Not once did she say a blow dry was included and I left the salon with wet hair! I feel I was taken advantage of as I was in such a great mood. Shame you have to argue for a good service of what you actually ask for. Won’t return ever again and will spend my money in a different salon which will actually do what I’ve asked for.

   Terrible hair dresser. Waited for 2.5 hours even though customers who were before myself has finished and went. Hairdresser went out to have a call, and fresh air she said. No manager no one to pick up a call, when complained waiting so long to hairdresser (asian woman) we don't care, we don't have any manager at floor to pick up your complaint. One black hair dresser, absolutely rude and ignores complain, clearly customers waiting in a queue, she wentout for an hour for her personal matter after telling us that she is gonna be quick to get air!!! Poor service, unfriendly, bureaucracy and poor skill.
