Absolutely fantastic outcome - thank you Lily! Would recommend her to anyone! Did colour and cut on me and cut and curl on my 6 year old daughter who is in love with her new cut and curls! Honestly, I struggle with everything that comes with getting my hair cut/coloured - one-on-one interaction, bright lights, personal space being breached, looking at myself close up for a long time, sitting still etc etc… But Carly makes it all brilliant. She’s friendly and thoughtful and genuine, and clearly loves her work. And she’s great at it too. (I write this review with a heavy heart, as I would MUCH prefer to keep Carly to myself than tell everyone else what they are missing!)
The girls at the salon are all so friendly especially for an awkward client like myself who has no idea what they want and has never had a good experience with salons. Casey has restored my faith and helped me save my hair from the amount of box dyes I used to use!!! She is absolutely brilliant and definitely an asset to the team at Zappas. Thank you x
Warm inviting atmosphere, friendly staff. Karen was knowledgeable, professional and dedicated to customer service. I tend to mess about with my hair a lot and would usually be heavily chastised but Karen kept to advice rather than judgement. Even got some free samples. Looking forward to going back!
I love my hair after every visit. Hayley is an amazing professional. I finally found my hairstylist after so many years. Top quality service! They also offer good discounts for the first couple of visits.
Worst hair colouring service I’ve ever had, completely not what we discussed or looked like in the picture I provided. If they can’t do it for what ever reason they should just say instead I watched the dread on her face when she was drying my hair and could see how ridiculous it looked with orange at the top to black in the rest!! She then went on to say “next time we should . . “ Oh I am never coming back!! Clearly this salon is just using the name and charging a fortune for really very poor quality work, I feel like an absolute mug!!
Had a great experience in the salon, everyone was so friendly. Karen really listened, made suggestions and gave me a great haircut. I love it.
