Absoutley in love with my new hair! Cannot thank the two ladies from matrix hair salon enough. I hate getting my hair cut it's something I dread, but going in today to get balayage, a trim and bangs put in was such an enjoyable experience. Both ladies who did my hair were friendly and easy to chat to. As for my hair, I honestly can't fault it. Would 100% recommend it, and I look forward to my next visit.
Billie and Paige were absolutely amazing! My daughter was nervous and also in pain from a pulled muscle in her neck and she was made to feel at ease. She absolutely loved her appointment and can't wait to book back in. I had a wonderful experience and can't thank them enough. We walked out feeling awesome. Thank you guys for our fabulous hairstyles and the wonderful atmosphere alongside. We will definitely be back soon.
I just wanted to share the amazing experience I just had with this salon. I was a nervous wreck going in as this was my first hair cut since covid. The staff were so accommodating and amazing. I was able to sit and desensitise in the back room whilst I acclimated to the noise with a wonderful woman who chatted to me and made sure I was ok before beginning the hair cut. I took up over 15 mins of her time but at no point did I feel like I was rushed or made to feel less then. At the time of my appointment another hair stylist came to take me, we discussed my preferences and then I went to get shampooed. Excellent hair massage! Then when things got too overwhelming again my amazing hair dresser again took me to the back room to finish cutting my hair. I can’t express enough thanks to these wonderful women for making a traumatic experience for me entirely normal and adaptable. I cannot praise this team enough. Be sure they have a loyal customer in me and any friends who ask for recommendations. Well done and thank you from the bottom of my heart xxx

May I say , Vicki has transformed my hair completely. Having such thick hair I was worried it wouldn’t come out how I wanted but she was so patient and it’s come out better than expected. Really happy , highly recommend! Go to Vicki for highlighting !
My son hates having his hair cut normally, this was the first time he’s actually enjoyed it. And the only hairdresser ever to actually make it look like the picture he wanted. He was over the moon. They are so friendly and welcoming and so amazing at what they do. They got us in last minute as well! Can’t rate them highly enough. We won’t be going anywhere else, ever again!
