   Came into BOB for first time yesterday as a pre birthday treat. Was seen by Alicia and have the best experience ever!!! As a new mum and not having the time to do something for myself was just perfect way to spend my dad baby free! Alicia did an amazing job on my hair and I love it so much! Will most definitely be coming back again!

   Until now I've never found a hairdressers where I felt comfortable. B.O.B is so friendly and I always get an excellent service. Callum has been doing my hair for years and despite me always bringing him (multicoloured) challenges, he always finds a solution that works, includes me in the process and sends me home happy!

   Thank you Adele, I had done my hair at home for a long time and wanted to go back to a more natural and bright look. I was unsure what could be achieved in one appointment but Adele was able to talk me through the process and help me achieve the look that I wanted. I felt very relaxed and comfortable at the salon. My hair was before uneven and a bit lifeless. Now it is looking healthy and beautiful thank you Adele

   I recently went to see Adele for a curly haircut. I hadn’t been to the hairdresser for over 5 years bc I had nothing but bad experiences with people cutting my curly hair. I had been cutting my own hair instead. I finally decided to go again after the positive reviews about Adele and I wasn’t disappointed. She is absolutely amazing. Did exactly as I asked, no problems, no arguments, no cutting off way too much hair. Just very good and professional. Very pleased with my hair cut. It feels fresh and healthy and looking forward seeing her again. Thanks ☺️

   Walked in with dry, brittle, hair.Walked out with beautiful conditioned, trimmed, and finish off with a lovely blow dry. Thank you, to the lovely apprentice, and the stylist who over saw everything.I feel like a new woman. I also got great advice on products, to keep my hair healthy.

   I never used to like going to the hairdressers but I've been having my hair cut & coloured at BOB for several years now. The atmosphere in the salon is relaxed and the staff are really friendly. I've always received good advice and I feel that I am listened to. I always leave the salon happy with the service I've received and feeling good (which is surely the point of going isn't it?).

   Good colours, good indeed. But getting your fringe cut in here? Never expect a straight line or even getting it corrected. That lovely hairdresser on the front cover with the red hair said " oh, it is just the way your fringe is sitting." So it was my fringe's fault it got cut not straight. That is a logic for you. Since then I use Dessange in Ascot for the same price and straight fringe.

   All I can say is WOW. I went in with longish, outgrown home coloured hair. I came out with short, multi coloured blended styled hair. I gave Adele a free hand and she was amazing, I will definitely be going back as everyone loved what she done. I kept my visit quiet from everyone as a surprise and it was worth every minute and comment I got. I never like my hair when 1st done, until now ❤️ thank you to everyone as they were all friendly and welcoming, even the other clients in there.
