   My old Cmax was playing up erratically, electrically with warning engine lights on and off. The engine was running but also going into limp mode. I booked into to Foxtech and they ran the diagnostic, sourced the sensor and with a new battery all was sorted smoothly and quickly.. I highly recommend Foxtech.. Brilliant

   Needed a second key and for it to be programmed for my car. Telephone last week and was told yes, they could do it. I had been quoted £160 to £198 from different companies. I was pleasently shocked when they quoted £102 inc VAT. Dropped the car off, waiting room with customer loo available, and took myself off for a walk. Returned after an hour and car and key were ready. Friendly and professional and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

   Fixed the problem, but there is still an error code in OBD 2 and fittings after changing the PAS pump was rubbish. On the way back from the garage, front splash guard was scrapping on every speed bump and rubber front splitter was hanging off. I had to do it myself. When garages charge so much this days they could do better job. EDIT: After a year "their fix" failed which cost me £1260 to fix ( (Original £1200), as they silicone broken electrical plug to PAS pump instead of replacing it. So the new pump has gone in 12 months. They were only interested in quickly taking money and getting the vehicle off the premises so they can get other ones in. As they said, waiting for a new plug will take too much time.

   Reading the reviews I went to get my car issue fixed here, firstly they took way longer than expected/their estimate,secondly no they are not *affordable* felt I was ripped off, and thirdly they didn't even fix everything that was faulty (charged me the full amount even though full job was not completed and said they would charge more if I wanted it done) and I had explained initially all the issues. So no wouldn't recommend them and won't be going back again.

   The quality and speed of their work far exceeded my expections, as they solved a problem I had been trying to resolve through my insurance company for the past 3 months, in a few hours. Their technical know-how is superb, and communication before and during the repair was excellent. Well done Foxtec!

   Couldn’t recommend enough, the Foxtec team have been great. I had taken my car to 3 prior mechanics, the same issue kept coming back but after a quick look at my car, they had told me what the problem was and even spoke to the prior mechanic to convince him to replace the part he had installed that was faulty. The car is now running great. They have been super polite on the phone and in person, really prompt with calling back etc.
