   I've been using this honest and reliable garage for over 15 years across several different VWs and Toyotas, and I've never had a single issue with their workmanship. They consistently provide straightforward advice, only carry out work that's truly necessary, and have even investigated issues free of charge without pushing for unnecessary repairs. Even after moving further away, I still return to them—especially after a disappointing experience with a more local garage that I had to use after a clutch failed. The complimentary car return service is also a great bonus and shows their commitment to customer care.

   Have used this company for many years. Always great service. Today especially as had a clunking noise. Need the car fit for a long journey soon, so they took it in late afternoon, even though they were fully booked, and fixed it an hour later! So very grateful. Friendly and welcoming. Thanks guys!

   Would not recommend at all. Rang yesterday (Wednesday) to ask to book in some private number plates to be fitted to my car. Was told yes, no problem, drop it in tomorrow morning (Thursday) in between 8am & 9am. Dropped my car off around 8.30am as I only work locally. Asked for an approximate price- to be told it was £59 per hour!!! But unlikely to take an hour so they would just take a small bit of cash off me for the job. No problem I said, please ring me when it is done. At 12.40pm, I still hadn’t heard anything so decided to pop down there on my lunch break. The car was still sat there with the old number plates on. I asked the man in reception why it hadn’t been done yet, and his response was “we’ve been concentrating on the other bigger jobs” Well then don’t say you can do something if you can’t do it!!! I immediately said don’t even bother about it and took my car elsewhere. Bad customer service and rude old men working there.

   I've been using this garage for MOT and servicing for around ten years over three different cars, always helpful and happy to explain work to the customer, not a single problem I can recall. On more than one occasion I've given them the opportunity to include work that I thought was 'optional' and they've called me back after looking at the car to say it wasn't needed yet and they wouldn't want to charge me for it. They do get busy though - usually a good sign - so book ahead!

   I’ve had a lot of work done on my Automatic car lately and like many people I use it to travel long distance to work. I needed the work done in good time and need a reliable car. The guys at Europa car company are brilliant and honest the customer service was above and beyond they are also reasonable priced. They have done a fantastic job on fixing my car definitely will be using them for all my future car repairs.

   After calling Europa last week when my daughter broke down, due to a flat battery they managed to get her booked in for today, however when she attempted to get there this morning the car wouldn't start so they kindly offered to go and collect the car to save her calling her breakdown cover. The battery was fitted, and another issue identified and rectified at the same time. Price was extremely competitive and they even dropped the car back to her. Can highly recommend and just shows there are lovely genuine people in the world. Thanks guys
