   Niamh always provides the best experience and can always perfectly deliver the style I want to go for. Before she begins the cut, she asks me what I’m going for and takes all of that into account, while creating a new (even better) version than I had imagined. Niamh is extremely precise in her styling, yet swift. I always leave feeling more confident with exactly what I had in mind. Not only Niamh, but all of the staff in the salon are so lovely and welcoming. The salon is clean, professional and always reliable. Therefore, there’s no other option but to leave a five star review.

   On consultation they said said they may be able to cut my hair but told me on the day they couldn’t. Originally booked in for a package deal which they told they couldn’t do on the day as it was not what they advised due to roots. Colour barely took, minimal difference. Paid extra for treatment & curling, my hair is in poor condition, feel corse & frazzled & the curls stayed in for hours when usually my hair lasts for days in curls. Minimal conversation during the 4 hour period. Ended up costing me over 200£ (more than the package I wanted) which was not worth it, I would not return again.

   Really upset by my experience. Last time I came here Luke did an amazing job on my hair and this time I asked to go blonder- instead my hair is grey dry and I’ve aged 40 years after having my colour done. I called and complained and he just said it can all be changed with a toner but now when the colour is grey. Unfortunately I won’t be going back.

   I had a fantastic experience today. I went to T&G for a haircut which was well overdue and Niamh took really good care of me. She was super professional and was very attentive to my needs. It's one of the best haircuts I've received in all my years of getting my hair done. Fantastic service and a wonderful conversation she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable! I will be back again and will definitely ask for Niamh for my next haircut!

   Such a wonderful team at Camberley. Luke has coloured my hair each time I've visited and has consistently done a wonderful job. This last time I hadn't come in for colour in just over a year and it had even grown out beautifully - which is a credit to how well it was done in the first place. Niamh cut and styled it for me today and I am really happy with it. It's like I've come out a new person. Big thanks to the team. Always such a great atmosphere and they really can't do enough to make you comfortable.

   I had my hair cut with Bruno a few weeks ago and hair coloured with Rachel a few days ago. Both were great experiences and so happy with the result Bruno is lovely, so personable and did a beautiful cut with great attention to detail. I’m obsessed with the colour Rachel did. I really struggle to find a hair dresser who gets what I’m after colour wise, Rachel just got it and did a perfect job.

   horrible haircut by Bruno .. I showed him detailed pictures of the cut I desired ..instead was given nothing close to it ruining my entire look and leaving me feeling pathetic..the next customer was possibly annoyed at some delay in her appointment ..as a result Bruno rushed into my haircut leaving me with a dreadful look and in a sea of hair mess that they didn't even bother to clear off my face and clothes.. no blow dry was done and i was literally compelled to leave my chair..and to top it I was charged £65 for this "nightmare"...absolutely pathetic, lack of talent and customer service...would not recommend to anybody ever..total letdown..AVOID

   It has been a long time since I have visited Toni and Guy. I am getting older (43) and I felt like Toni and Guy was for younger people than me. However I wanted something a bit different than the normal trim and I thought I would give T&G a go again!! I am so pleased that I did. I had Oscar cut my hair, he was lovely, really knew how to cut and style my hair to suit me, rather than just a style out of a book. The blow dry looked amazing. I couldn't thank him enough. I have re booked for 6 weeks, which is something I don't normally do until I know I am truly comfortable. I really recommend them.
