   Didn't give a free retest and rip you off. Failed on a suspension arm, they offered to charge nearly 300 to fix, did it myself and brought it back in 3 days and they charged nearly full test price for a second test. Had to get MOT done asap as I had my wedding that weekend so had no choice. That's not a late fee that's a slight discount on a second test. They take advantage of you, don't go here. Most places offer free retest within 2 weeks.

   Found this garage by chance. I think it is a family run garage. I'm sure they do a bit breakdown service and sell the odd car here and there. The owner and mechanics are very helpful and friendly and No job is too small or too big. Prices are very reasonable. Probably the cheapest in Southampton. So if you have a problem with your car these guys will sort it. I definitely recommend this garage. I was speaking to some customers the other day and some of them have been coming to this garage for over 20 years. So this garage must be good or they won't come back. My experience of this garage is spot on. No cowboys here. Unlike where I live. So yes I definitely recommend this garage.

   Absolutely outstanding service!!! Friendly, helpful and efficient. I dropped my car in at 9.30am as it was overheating, shortly after received a phone call with diagnosis, thermostat housing, then by 1.30pm it was repaired, a 4 hr turnover from start to finish. They were also happy to explain everything to me (I'm a woman lol). I would highly recommend this garage, and me for one will definitely be using it again, thank you for the wonderful service lisa

   Easy to book MOT. Carried out at time stated while we waited in the reception area. Very trustworthy & explains any problem with car. This garage does not fail cars to try to get work. I cannot fault the service from this place. They are friendly & genuinely interested in giving competitive quotes for any work, regardless if it is for the MOT or just a service. 5* +++++++++

   My experience with Express MOT has been great. I needed an urgent MOT and as good as their name they were able to offer one the same day. I suspected that there maybe issues with the braking system as I had to top up with brake fluid a couple of times. They identified the problem straight away and carried out the repairs. They are friendly, honest & reasonably priced (£35 for MOT). My car is even better and I am very happy. I will definitely use again.

   I have taken 2 different cars for an MOT at this garage over 2 years. The booking was quick and easy. On the day I took the cars in and sat in the waiting area for them. The lady on the desk was very friendly and chatty. We chatted almost the whole hour both times!! One of the cars was involved in an accident a few months earlier, with damage on the front. In my opinion, I thought they would've failed the car and made me pay out the money but they didn't, it failed on one minor thing which cost me £8 to fix. They had to order the part so I went back the same afternoon to get it fixed once the part arrived. My experience both times with this company have been great. I always dread MOT day but for the last two years this company made me leave with a smile and a sigh of relief. A friendly company that doesn't rip you off. I recommend them to everyone. Not sure about the other negative comments on here but personally I have always walked away happy.
