   I recently visited MGA Garage for a simple bulb change and headlight reflection adjustment, necessary for an MOT. The overall technical service was efficient and acceptable, and the initial general service price seemed fair. However, I encountered a significant and disappointing issue with the labour billing. The mechanic completed the work in approximately 15 minutes. Despite the quick turnaround, I was charged for 55 minutes of labour on the final invoice. This difference of 40 minutes of billed time for a minor job is a clear instance of overcharging. Furthermore, I was charged approximately £60 for the job, which feels disproportionate to the 15 minutes of work performed. While the quality of the repair itself was fine, the practice of charging nearly four times the actual time spent on the service is unacceptable. This policy drastically impacts customer trust and value. I strongly urge the garage to review its minimum labour policies to ensure fair billing that accurately reflects the time spent on minor jobs. I have contacted the garage directly to seek a refund for the excess labour charge.

   Had a dpf sensor which needed fitting and BMW refused to do it and instead wanted £780 to supply and fit the sensor themselves. So I went here via a friend recommended and I’m glad I did! They were happy to fit the part I supplied and charged a lot less money to do so. Will definitely come here again if my car requires any more repairs. Top service :)

   We were there due to a noice coming from our tyres. The mechanic took a ride with the car. When he came back he immediately identified the issue and then fixed it (it was due to some loose screws). It took only half an hour. They didn’t even charge for it. Great experience.

   To me a car is a stranger that I have no clue where to look. Being semi new in the country doesn't make my problem when it comes to car repairs easy. With a car you need a dedicated mechanic so that you dont constantly change. It's like your barber. This or fate led me to MGA Garage services. From a friendly phone call to a prompt booking for next day( which i wont guarantee with such good service). This was probably the very kwikest I have had my car repaired in my 10 years of owning a car. Prompt very friendly and chilled. They picked the problem kwik and fixed it and I was on my way with my car. I can rest assured I have finally found my new favorite garage. If you want a hustle free place where you will be treated well and be happy with the job. I can't thank and recommend MGA garage services enough. They were brilliant. I give them all their stars.    Originally booked in for gear linkage replacement. Investigation revealed more then that (broken coil spring+shocker) Absolutely amazing customer service and excellent speedy repair. Tbh, the only garage who replied to my request that day and taken my car in the same day. Happy days now,changing gears by one finger only and no more banging in front wheel. I will definitely use this garage in near future as my service is due in 2500 miles along with rear brakes change.

   Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that is eager to help and advise as needed. A wide range of services provided with very competetive pricing. That was my second visit, I was yet again positively surprised, this time by carrying member of staff who made sure that car interior would not get damaged by providing protective sheet while transporting tyres. I am sure I will be back, it is always reassuring to leave your car to be taken care of by fellow car enthusiasts. Fully recommended for all your mechanical needs.

   Great service from start to finish! Dropped my car off in the evening and in the morning I got told exactly what needed doing and how much it would cost and it was a great price! The car was ready to collect later on that day. Great customer service, good prices and really friendly team. Definitely recommend this place and will be using it more often myself in the future.
