Able to book in for my battery change the following day, service was fast and staff were really knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Was a relief to get sorted so quickly :)

I came to the shop with a dodgy electrical window and brand badge fell off due to the age of the car. These are all fixed with hours and returned to me free of charge! This really evidenced the customer service they are striving for! Other garage will definitely charge 1hr labor!
I'm a regular at auto shack, and every time I go they've been amazing! Outstanding customer service, including opening the door for me when I have my son in his pushchair! They've moved things around to fit me in when I've gotten the wrong time. Also, my partner takes his van there and wouldn't take it anywhere else. I can't recommend enough!

I would just like to personally say thank you to this company They dealt with a very frustrated me and a very rude and unhelpful dealer who I brought a car from. Long story short they helped with brake issues that should have never been there I know there must have been times they were also frustrated however they were always so polite to me and did what ever they could to please the dealer and also try to take my feelings into consideration I really appreciated the help I had although very long winded and stressful we did eventually get somewhere and it would have been quicker if it wasn’t for the dealer messing around with cost Thank you so much !!!
Brilliant place for auto repairs, service and tyre requirements. Friendly helpful staff from reception (Chris) through to mechanics (Gus), that are more than willing to assist. Good prices with discounts offered for loyal customers. Would highly recommend.
