Highly recommend Lee. Away on holiday and encountered an issue with our toilet. He was able to come along the same day and fixed the issue quickly and also helped me resolve 2 other small issues.
Can't speak highly enough of the service provided by Lee. He solved the issue with my motorhome Gas oven and was also able to help sort an issue with the solar panel charging, all with parts in stock on his well equipped van. It's strange having read some of the negative reviews on here, but I called him, agreed a date and time and he showed up, on time and I managed to go about my day beforehand! Arrived as agreed to do our yearly Coachman service. Carried out the service as requested and checked things that we had concerns with. Also popped back three days later to recheck the torque on the wheels once we had done the specified mileage . Can’t fault at all would recommend. A really nice guy who went out of his way to help us out. A bonus for us as he has just moved locally to us. Rebooked for next year.
Lee is an absolute godsend. After towing my caravan to the New Forest (Brockenhurst) with the handbrake partially engaged I arrived to site with red hot brake drums and in all sorts of trouble, the drums and discs being shot to pieces. Thankfully we had made it safely to the site and only when stopping the smoke coming from the wheels notified me of the problem. Lee was recommended to me by the site and it was late in the day on a sunny summer Friday. By chance he was on his way home from a job 30 odd miles away and thankfully he agreed to divert to me in my hour of need and help to assess the situation. He attended site and dissembled the wheels to find irreparable damage! By the time he has arrived it was gone 19:00 on a Friday and had all of the parts required to fix the wheels so we could get back safely on Sunday. I am very grateful to Lee for finding the time during what is doubtless a busy time for him and agreeing to attend out of hours.. It is refreshing to be on the receiving end of this kind of service in this day and age, dealing with the decision maker who clearly goes the extra mile to get work done. Thank you Lee, I am very grateful to you and very happy with the service, price and end result of what you did for me. You clearly work hard and love to help people if you can and I won’t hesitate to recommend you and use you again in the future . Thanks a million!
It was a simple request , to repair a 6 inch peice of damage to a rear bumper on the joint on the offside panel, said they would ring me back in an hour , THEY DIDN'T
Lee carried out a service on a caravan we recently bought which gave us peace of mind before buying. He also very kindly came to a site in Romsey and checked a few things we were worried about as this was a new model and heating system for us. With only 24 hours notice he came out at 7pm and did a full heating service, draining the contents of the water system and refilling it with fresh product and bled radiators. We are so impressed with his expertise and customer service we are going to make the 400 mile journey back to have our annual service. highly recommended Gary R

Very rarely do you stumble across a service that is completely brilliant, this was one of those moments. Having just arrived on site to find several gremlins had set in on our van, electrical, gas, loo… these guys fixed them all. Really nice helpful guys. Very reasonable priced and super professional. Called them this morning and as promised they arrived in the afternoon and have transformed our holiday by bringing our van up to optimum status! Can’t recommend enough. If we lived anywhere near, we would definitely use these again. Would recommend to any customers in the vicinity. Thank you
Utter cowboy. Failed to fix any of the issues I asked him to look at when visiting to service my Lunar caravan, and managed to destroy (literally) my only security system remote. After 8 weeks he still has not made good the damage. Only left 1 star because 0 was not an option. I have written to you numerous times, and accepted your offer, yet here we are communicating via a review site. I look forward to updating my review if/when you make good on that offer.
