   I'd give this place 500 stars if I could. Friendly smiley and helpful staff. Had a problem with my van and needed it to be fixed before I used it for my holiday. Went to 3 other garages and they said it could be this or that problem and we can book you in for 5 weeks time. Spoke to Sherry from Williams and she booked me in for 2 days later for a diagnostics test. Identified the problem and managed to get ir repaired 2 days before I went away. The issue wasnt anything the other garages had thought. Will be using Williams again for my MOTs and services. Thank you

   Was looked after by both Wendy and Sherry on the phone beforehand and then in person when I arrived, cannot thank them enough for their help, flexibility and advice. The service was fantastic and the office area/waiting area itself was unlike any other garage I’ve been to. The manager was lovely and took the time to explain the findings after the appointment, and the engineer/mechanic who looked after the car was also brilliant. It’s quite some distance from where I live and work but I will absolutely be returning here. It’s fantastically staffed. Haven’t felt this comfortable or had service of this standard in another garage before. Thank you so much!

   Used Williams garage for the first time today. It won’t be the last. Extremely professional garage, very welcoming/friendly and answered all my questions, as this was my first time going outside of main dealer to have an electric vehicle serviced. Williams charged half the price of the main dealer for the same work, and also checked the car over completely for free, advising on one other repair that may be needed. Overall a good experience and I will definitely use again.

   A very special thanks and appreciation to John at Williams Garage who helped me recently with my car when the cam belt broke. He was so kind. With the greatest of ease he organised the disposal etc of the car (which was a write off! ) Such a fabulous garage. So efficient! Lovely people.

   Now I have to be careful here, £152 .92 just labour and vat (£84.95ph. To justify the hourly rate I was informed that Mercedes charge over £200ph, but as I reminded them I don't drive a merc), 1 1/2 hrs, to open a bonnet and replace a bonnet release cable (I supplied the cable). I am still waiting on the bodywork quote I asked for which I was assured had been emailed to me. They refused to fit the ICE I had asked them to, although in hindsight I hate to think how much I would have been charged for that, so perhaps it was for the best. They have lost my business, however on the bright side at least I can now open the bonnet.
