   Danielle is lovely and gives great colour and cuts. The girl washing hair is incredibly rough, so painful ripping a brush or comb through the hair she'd tangled that I had to ask her to stop, she then offered a head massage - I said yes and she just washed my product out (no massage??). My head and neck felt bruised and tender for a few days afterwards. She doesn't communicate and I was left sitting a long time (~40 mins) because she didn't tell anyone she'd finished. Perhaps a need for staff training or some more mature staff. I have tried to support this local business but it's very expensive for a not-very-luxurious experience, so back to Reading I go.

   I booked an appointment for a whole head colour change and cut .I had a consultation with one of the girls who took a strand test and booked a further appointment for the treatment for a couple of weeks time , she said she would let me know the results of the strand test the next day after consultation. I never heard anything till less the 24 hours before my appointment to be told my hair hadn't lifted and the time I had booked for the appointment had been changed from the time we agreed at the consultation. I felt rather let down by such a repropable salon to be treated like this they didn't even ring to speak to me but left a txt for me to ring them.

   I cannot thank Natalia & Lynn enough at Forresters Pangbourne for their compassion... Natalia is amazing, gives great advice and always made my long hair look fab. Never complained about how long it took to blow dry!! However, due to a sudden health issue, I have had to go for a short crop. Lynn did a fantastic job at styling my hair under extremely emotional circumstances and still made me feel and look beautiful. I can't explain how much that means to me.... Thank you so much ladies x x

   The absolute worst hair cut I've ever had. It wasn't even straight on each side. I've had to cut it myself to be more even. It's what I would describe as 'scraggy' - I really would expect more for £100!

   Honestly the best hair cut I have ever had ! They where so lovely and welcoming as well , 100% would recommend! Especially if your someone who is nervous around hair cuts and going to the hairdresser, very understanding and take things nice and slow. An amazing all round experience!

   Went to have a haircut by trainee. And I'm absolutely chuffed. Yes it did take longer time but was supervised by professional. I always struggle to wait at the hairdressers and even it too longer then usual made me feel comfortable and well looked after.

   I visited salon Thursday 8th July. I was told the stylist I was booked with was ill and the person talking to me offered to do my hair and I accepted. The consultation was adequate. The hairwash and subsequent cut were fine. I was booked in for a wet cut, however, the stylist started to dry my hair straightening it with a brush. I decided to continue with this as it was nice to have some pampering after the dreadful year.. She then called the junior over to continue. The end result was straight hair with no lift or body. The stylist came back and started thinning ends and I asked her not to as my hair is very fine and needs all the weight left in it. I am an exhairdresser and teacher of hairdressing. I was charged £64 for cut and finish. This is their top price for the service. I now believe the stylist is the manager and top person. Sadly not having had my hair done for some time due to COVID I felt disappointed. I was not asked how I wanted it dried and I was not offered products. The process was not fully carried out by the stylist. Also I was not told that the stylist would be a higher price bracket. I went home and redried roots to get a bit of body to my fine hair and put rollers in the creat a bit of body. I have been to this salon a few times over the years and have been satisfied with it. This was very disappointing. I have tried to email to keep this more personal but unable to find email address.
