   The salon itself is absolutely beautiful and has a really relaxed atmosphere. The staff are amazing, Rosie on reception is a friendly welcome and really helpful. The whole salon experience was amazing, Alisha my stylist made me feel so relaxed and she helped me pick a new style that suited me so well. She was friendly and warm, and gave me lots of hair care and styling advice.

   Recommended by a friend - had a cut and blow dry by Kurt. Great experience from the moment of walking through the door. The salon had a great atmosphere - lovely ambience / set up and decor. Warm welcome from reception, hair wash was excellent and Kurt was exceptional - from consultation to executing on my aspirational hair cut. Friday midday and the salon was packed out with clients - big positive plus. Friendly, attentive, reasonably priced with absolutely exceptional customer care. Based on a few pics, Kurt nailed what I wanted to achieve from the cut, and spent the time to achieve the result. Highly recommend

   I was visiting the Eversley area from the USA for a family wedding, and just two days before the event my original hairstylist plans fell through. In a bit of a panic, I needed to find a salon quickly—and I was so fortunate to come across We Are One Hair and Beauty! They happened to have one appointment available that very day of the wedding! Although I arrived about 10 minutes late (thanks to not being familiar with the local Uber system), my stylist, Alisha, kindly took me in without hesitation. She was honest and realistic about what could be done in the time we had, which I really appreciated. Alisha ended up doing a phenomenal job on my hair—simple yet so elegant—and even helped me place the headpiece I wanted to wear for the wedding. To top it all off, she assisted me in calling a cab once we finished. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this salon, and especially Alisha, who was nothing short of marvelous!

   Lovely salon. I got to know them thanks to my friend Paige, who worked here until she had 3 children, including an autistic one. For male clients, I strongly recommend Krista, who is the friendliest and the manager of the whole salon. She also does best at hairdressing for us men. And I'm delighted to award We Are One the fifth star because everyone's getting friendlier as they get to know me! The salon doesn't currently offer manicure, pedicure, or scar removal for us men yet. Hopefully, they'll get there soon. If you live far away from Hartley Wintney, I recommend visiting David Lloyd Royal Berkshire or Farnham, Coral Reef, or Lookout Discovery Centre on the same day as visiting We Are One.

   We have used WAO since opening, Kurt cuts mine and my lads (15 & 20) and it’s always so consistent, staff are welcoming and genuinely pleased to see you. Booking via the app is super simple and price is middle of the road for the quality and service. Great coffee as well!
