   I had some issues with a car I had bought second hand from a dealer. The garage fitted me in at short notice, diagnosed my car accurately and informed me of the issues in a way that I could understand. They could have easily charged me for the work to be done (which would have been a lot of money!) but instead advised me to go back to the dealer as the car was less than a month old. As a young woman who has no idea about cars I felt really supported. They even explained fully to my dad the issues the next day and kept my car there for a few days until the dealer was able to collect it and resolve the issues. A really good experience and really genuine people. Ash really went out of his way to support me. Thank you so much.

   Absolutely faultless experience. It’s always a worry knowing where to send your car, but I’m so glad I found this garage. Their work was exceptional from start to finish. I was kept in the loop the whole way through — their attention to detail was spot-on, and they clearly explained what parts needed replacing and why. The advice they gave made complete sense, and I was happy to go ahead with the extra work. In fact, I know it’s saved me money in the long run. I genuinely couldn’t say a bad word about the whole experience.
