   Our Engine Management light came on at twenty to four on a very hot Friday afternoon as we were about to head to Dorset with our 2 small children in the car and we were fortunate to pass this place 5 mins later. We pulled in on the off chance but not holding our much hope - within half an hour we were on our way with peace of mind that we could make the journey safely, having had the codes read and the issue with the vehicle explained clearly, with great advice of what we should do to minimise any further issues until we could get home and get the necessary repairs carried out. This was done for a very reasonable price, despite them knowing we were a bit stuck without any other options and that we wouldn’t be likely to come back due to the fact we live far away, circumstances where many garages may have taken advantage and charged over and above!! Thank you so much to the whole team, we really appreciate your help.

   Copythorne Garage, and Craig in particular have been my go to garage for many years. I trust them totally, and they have never let me down. Craig has just saved me by spending time to locate a part that was apparently unavailable. They do really care about their customers, it's not just business. I would, and have, recommend them, both for their honesty, and amazing knowledge.

   Excellent garage, no rubbish just good old fashioned advice and conversation. Craig and Pete really know there stuff, you won't put a foot wrong if you go there. Good honest pricing too and definitely no rip offs. The rest of the office and workshop staff are very keen and efficient too. Been going there for 20 yrs and I won't go anywhere else. Thoroughly recommended. Bear.

   Car went in with 3 warning lights, they said they'd fixed the problem and test drove it, charged me a load of money then when I collected the car the exact same 3 lights came on. So I've paid for nothing, and I don't believe it was test driven before I collected it, as there's no way the car was going to drive anywhere. Not impressed in any way.

   A trustworthy garage that I have used for years. I went to a more local garage when I moved. What a mistake that was, they quoted 300 to fix something. I decided to travel the distance I go back to Craig at copythorne. He solved the issue in £60! Thanks trust these guys and now my mother also won't go anywhere else!
