It used to be a very taśmy and large pizza. Now you can order after 12 pm and by 2 om it’s too late to order. Large pizza used tobe changed to a much smaller size at a bigger price.
Website says it opens at 830 but doesn’t actually open until 9, says it closed at 6pm but actually closes most days at 4pm. When asking customer services why this is they said it has always been 9 until 4 tone is which it was explained was very rude and not very customer service like. Terrible customer service.
Came for a coke and paid for it from the dispensing machine and was told that the syrup was needing changed and rather than them changing it was told to have diet instead. Asked how to use the self serve food tablet and was told "I don't know" then "it doesn't work" even though it clearly was lol. Staff were quite dismissive and rude.
It was cheap and you could fill up. Now the portions are a joke. Couldn't they add a few fries to make it look better? The burger had a cold bun, a few fries, and a small tomato cut into four... A child's portion is two fish fingers, six fries(!!!), and half a tablespoon of peas! Joke, joke, joke.
I had the soup bread and butter and coffee for£1 . I didn't expect much for the price . Soup was disgusting like slop on the plate warm no taste . Coffee disgusting not hot tasteless as well. . Definitely not going back. Cafe was cold .
