You know what you're getting with a coffee shop, by and large. This Costa in the Bridge of Don retail park is pretty decent. Helpful, friendly staff, clean, and a nice, relaxed atmosphere make it a great place for me to chill and get some writing done. Update: so, I'll be leaving Aberdeen in less than a month, and while I haven't really settled in the area, I do have to say this Costa has been one of my favourite places to visit. The staff have always been friendly and positive, and I've never had any issues with the place. Will miss it a wee bit.
A perfectly placed coffee stop for us after deliveries in Aberdeen. Nicely laid out, friendly staff and exceptionally clean toilets! It was close to closing time so we had to have takeout cups, which I generally prefer to avoid, but on this one occasion it was fine. Large free parking area outside along with a variety of other retail chain stores.
Staff are always friendly and polite, great service from every visit. The food and drinks taste great and any time I have had a problem, they have rectified it immediately. Highly recommend and I do recommend to others. I will be back again and again. There is customer toilets available to use and there is plenty of seating within the establishment for comfortable consumption of goods.
We used the drive thru it was very quick and easy to order. Only negative point is there’s no recycling bin for the waste afterwards the general waste bins outside costa was full with the easily recyclable cardboard packaging costa use pretty poor for todays standards.
Me, my Husband & elderly mother in law visited for some drinks & cakes as dine in. On waiting for our drinks to be made the young female preparing the very hot cappuccino spilt it all over my husband & the front of his trousers. We only got a sorry for the accident but no manager came to see if he was ok? Obviously this wasn't a great start to our day & landed up going home. Would love to hear the thoughts on this.
