   What an honest garage and an amazing crew . Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Carried out a diag for me at short notice. While im sat in the waiting room a woman came in and was struggling to pay the full bill I think. So they let some of the charges go for her. Just a really nice kind act. The sort of thing that results in good karma coming back to them I hope.

   I contacted this garage at the very last minute as my son’s garage let us down by phoning me a couple of hours before booked MOT appointment to cancel the booking. Superb service from New Chapel Garage Services from the VERY helpful female receptionist on Friday who found an appointment due to a cancellation to the car mechanic conducting the MOT itself on Saturday. Sorry I have forgotten their names. What a great experience. Highly recommend.

   Needed a garage and these guys are just around the corner, and seemed to have good reviews. Certainly did not disappoint. Had a few hiccups with parts, but not their fault whatsoever, and they sorted it as soon as they were able. This was the second visit for work in a few weeks, both times everyone was great. Really friendly and approachable, good prices and workmanship is spot on. Andy in particular (also don't know the other fellas names!) was great, really good guys. Thanks chaps, you're certainly my go to garage now.

   Sadly these guys sheared my locking wheel nut, didn't rectify and sent me on my way charging full price for the service despite not actually being able to get the wheels off. They didn’t replace the locking wheel key and worse still I had to go to another garage to get the locking nuts off.

   Had a dead battery replaced by the RAC, the technician said once the ignition is turned off seems the battery is draining advised to take it to New Chapel Garage to be looked at. The technician unattached the battery to stop any further drain. Car was dropped off with New Chapel & keys posted through. An email report sent by RAC technician to the garage. The garage weren't able to find any ignition or battery drain but codes shown up one about the instrument cluster was told car was OK to drive but contact the main dealer or a specialist for electronic diagnostics and keep an eye on how the car runs meanwhile. New Chapel Garage Services charged £75 for their investigations into this.
