Cannot fault Molly's customer service and hospitality. She replied quickly when booking my appointment, was friendly, chatty and welcomeling during my appointment. Tea and christmas chocolate were a lovely touch. However, the hair cut I received was poor and I had to get a refund. Not the style I asked for, shorter than I requested and overall uneven.
Due to ill health I couldn't go to Molly's salon and she was kind enough to come to me. Lovely girl and hair looked great. Thank you Molly.
1st appointment yesterday, and I'm SOO thrilled. Molly was so gentle with my hair(which makes a change from most hair dressers), and the blonde highlights and shade are exactly what I wanted ❤️

Molly did a fabulous job on my daughter's hair, offering us great service in the warm welcoming environment of her beautiful new salon. She was brilliant with my daughter who has only ever known our previous hairdresser. She was kind and caring and treated my 8 year old as her client, and gave her a great experience, unlike other hairdressers I have known who only talk to the parent. She did a beautiful job on her hair and double checked every step of the way that we were happy. She got a big thumbs up from my daughter when we left. She loved it! I totally agree!!
