   On holiday in the area our tire blew and we limped into this garage !! They were so helpful they rang round and sourced the correct tire, upon further inspection discovered our wheel was cracked, it wasnt a problem they welded it back togeather! They managed to do all this within the hour and get our holiday back on track and all for a fair price !! If i lived in the area this would be my garage !! Thanks again !!

   Booked service and mot through bookmygarage, called the next day to confirm the booking had good long discussion about it on 19/02 1 month prior to need. Called the Friday before to confirm no need for pick up and drop off to be told they’re not open Saturdays. No lead questions asked about how this had happened, didn’t seem to care they were leaving me with no MOT, no solutions offered to their mistake and swiftly ended my phone call. Recently Had an email through to review them through bookmygarage, clicked to do it and they had cancelled the booking so I could not leave a review. Very poor customer service, so would not recommend following this negative experience.

   Absolutely outstanding service!! I’ve used HSS for the last 2 MOTs on our battered second car for convenience and astoundingly it passed both times so I booked it in when the MOT was due again last week. Unfortunately it failed but I arranged for them to fix it a couple of days later which they did. Husband went to work in it on Tuesday and it started banging and lights came on, phoned Neil and someone went out to sort it out whilst it was in a works car park in Nursling. Husband drove it home, no noises but warning lights came on, no speedo, power steering and brakes not effective. Drove it down to HSS this morning, Neil most apologetic, and said they would sort it out. Which they did. Picked up the keys (was driving the other car) Neil said it was all sorted, again apologised for the inconvenience of us having to take it back in and not being right first time and told me when it needs servicing he’ll do it with no charge due to the problems we’ve had. That offer was way over and above expectations!! And when we picked up the car it drives better than it has in ages!! When we first had the car we had problems with it and were without it for weeks whilst Imperial and Hendy argued over who was going to pay to sort it, then when we had the clutch/gearbox replaced (again elsewhere) the engine wasn’t bolted back in properly causing it to drop down and again it took ages to sort out because we hadn’t got an appointment and they didn’t have time! Just goes to show how Neil values his customers and wants to do the best he can for them whilst the big boys don’t give a toss!! Thank you Neil, you are an absolute gentleman and have totally made my day!!!

   We moved to Holbury a year ago and having had bad dealings with garages in the past we were unsure where to go. We tried Holbury service station for services and MOT, good service. We have just had a problem with our car and Neil and his great team have resolved this matter in a very polite, courteous and professional manner as well as doing a great job. In this day it is very rare to find a company that cares about their customers and work they do. Well done to you all, you are a credit to you profession . Thank you Peter and Carol Robbins you deserve 10 stars
