   I would like to say regarding the extremely poor service I received at this barbershop. I visited them to get a slick-back haircut on my long hair, which I had been growing out for more than six months specifically to achieve my desired style. Unfortunately, the barber completely ruined it. Instead of giving me the style I requested, they cut my hair very short and trimmed the sides far more than I had asked for. It became clear that they only know how to use a shaver machine, and even the fade cuts I’ve seen them do on other customers do not look good. I am extremely disappointed with the result. Additionally, they insisted on cash-only payment, which felt unprofessional. I paid them in cash that day, but I left feeling that the service was not worth it at all. I want to warn others in the community: do not risk your hair at this shop, especially if you work in a corporate environment or have a public-facing job. You will end up spending the whole day trying to fix a hairs.

   Absolute joke. Just went in for a walk in and can't pay by card. Cash only! I know they keep card machine behind the counter as they do in basingstoke branch. Basingstoke branch is fantastic. I will never come here again. Just another way to dodge taxes.

   Honeslty ive been going here for 5 months now and this is great, service is off the charts and haircuts are done quick and “handsome!”. I know were i’ll be taking my nephew when he grows up! Ben the barber is a really good barber!
