   Just been here for my first time as a "walk in". I wasn't too hopeful but was warmly welcomed by the owner and informed that they were fully booked. The owner then explained to me that the apprentice would cut my hair just as good but might take time slightly longer. I must say that Archie the apprentice did a great job with my hair! Very professional, polite and friendly service. Im a bit OCD with my hair but can honestly say that this place is brilliant and will continue to use them for all future cuts. I will also be booking Archie for my cuts! Many thanks and see you in about 4 weeks ish.

   Came here for a dad's and lads cut and was pleased with both hair cuts, my son doesn't sit still for long and doesn't enjoy getting his hair cut, but Charlie was great, made him feel comfortable and explained each step giving a rough time for him to gage the process. My cut was great aswell, good advice and general chatter throughout.

   Highly recommend. My son was really nervous about having his hair cut because of a past bad experience elsewhere and because he was going from shoulder length to short. Ryan instantly put him at ease, and he was so made up with the end result he said he'll never go anywhere else for a haircut. Friendly staff, good prices. Great job x

   I just had my first cut, fade and beard shape up and I am very pleased with the result. I've sometimes worried about what I might end up with when heading to the barbers, having afro hair. I don't think I need to worry anymore. Nice one Jason. Cheers

   I used to go there and I was happy with the service. However, last Friday I cancelled 10 minutes before the appointment and they charged me for the whole amount of the haircut. I do understand why I needed to be charged but I think it was too much. I don’t see myself going there again

   Best haircut in the area! Alpha cuts has a great feel to it very smart with comfortable chairs to relax while you have your haircut or shave or both. A rewards card system , magazines and newspapers while you wait. Close to train station and local shops. Really a great haircut. 10/10. Many thanks
