   Where can I start, I use to hear all the times 2 times a month, but I have noticed the last 2 times have been shocking. Just come back from the worse cut I have ever had. I asked for a skin fade and a line. Well I get the skin fade which was shocking no line, the cut is awful. The most shocking thing is there no product offered not even comb put though it, I guess the barber was just not listening. I thought the last time I had a bad cut was a one off but this is shocking. I have been going here for ages and as I said 2 times a month but this cut is so bad I’m going to look elsewhere. Such a shame

   First time using this place and had a great experience the staff were friendly and had a really chilled out atmosphere in the shop the decor was really striking with a beautiful feature wall and the ceiling LED lights looked amazing...had my beard shaped and faded with a tidy up and the guy did a lovely job alot of care and attention to detail really chilled out guy made you feel at ease was a relaxing experience. For all you gentlemen that want your beard looking on point this is definitely the place El Chapos I will be a regular from now on...

   Great place to go for a trim or fade Even tho I only use one of the barbers most of the time in this place - I have had haircuts from the others when I’m in a rush and my general barber is busy with someone else - very rare you go to a barber where it doesn’t matter who cuts your hair the end result is the same. I also take my young son here too and he’s always happy walking out. Highly recommend if you’re new to the area or looking for a change

   Had a cut here a few weeks ago. Really nice cut but the other experiences made it a less fun. Having just walked in and only one barber cutting hair, the guy in front had just sat down for a skin fade so I was waiting even longer for my turn, not an issue but then 15 mins later another barber walked in, clearly late for work, just extinguished a ciggie as he was still walking in. I then had to spend the rest of my cut trying not to inhale his 2nd hand smoke breath, which was quite unpleasant. For that I give 4 stars, if he maybe went out the back and brushed his teeth or freshened up, it probably would of been a much better experience.

   I have my hair cut here since it has opened, and the owner is a very friendly and customer focused guy with very a good talent in barbering. Sadly, the same can't be told about all the employees, but I am yet to leave disappointed. It would be nice though if the employees were speaking a bit more English so that they'd understand what would the customer like to have. The saloon has been designed to a high standard and very stylish.
