Took my Honda to Steer following an argument with a bollard. The staff were very helpful when I took the car in for the estimator. The repair was carried out quickly, I was updated twice a week whilst the car was there. The repair was excellent and the car looked like it had just come out of the showroom. Took my mercedes with a sensor fault, booked me in within 2 days, and also found another issue, but rang and asked if I would like that issue sorting aswell. Which i agreed too. Mike in reception was very professional and kept me informed at all times. Thank you, will definitely return.
5 star service and excellent garage, they know what they're doing, very clever mechanics with all aspects of Mercedes repairs, and wonderful reception customer service from Julie, I had difficulty with another garage after weeks of them trying to fix why my engine light was on and car in limp mode they just couldn't sort it, I was recommended Pentangle and booked a diagnostic, very helpful and knew what the problem was quickly, I feel safer and confident knowing I have them now if any issues arise, Julie kept me updated regularly, car returned clean and running better than before, Definitely recommend if you have a Mercedes to use these professionals, with a more affordable cost than direct MB Thank you Pentangle
Fair price, quick and effective work. As always with service industries, the overall ecperience is down to individuals. Sam there was excellent, charming, helpful, intelligent. Not so one of his colleagues - charmless, surly, rude. Overall good, but they could invest some time in training
I used this company to have some minor repairs to my vehicle. They gave me an estimate which, although seemed very high for the work required, I accepted. There was no further communication from them before they advised me that the vehicle was ready. I was, therefore, somewhat surprised that the invoice was around 10% higher than the estimate. When asked why I was not given any explanation and no apology was forthcoming. The work does seem to be done satisfactorily but, based on my experience, don’t expect the final bill to be the amount estimated.

I have ESP incooperative & run flat incooperative , air bag incooperative, windscreen wiper stop working ,cruise control issues etc. I remembered Pentangle all of a sudden and contacted them .Explained the issues and fixed within a few days.They even found a structure issue which I didn't know and get it fixed with no charge under warranty. I can only say the service from Pantangle is first class plus and the price to fix all the issues is reasonable. Highly recommended to everyone who own a Mercedes.

First time using Pentangle MB Ltd this week for a Major B Service and Auto Transmission Service on my Mercedes C-Class after they came highly recommended. Their service and attention to detail is second to none and frankly by far the best experience with a garage I have had in a long time! Having owned several Mercedes-Benz both New and Used over the years I have always historically used the main dealers. These guys are so helpful and professional with their approach they put the main dealers to shame. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are honest and upfront with pricing, also giving great advice and value for money. Just when I thought it could not get any better the car came back looking like brand new! Their valeters obviously went through the car with a fine tooth comb and it looked immaculate inside and out!
