   I do not understand how this person gets the reviews he has. He does not answer emails or telephone calls or return answer phone messages. Clearly does not want any extra work.

   I'll write a review based on expected results. But I'll be honest. I cannot make contact with the mechanic here. I had to drive 14 miles to visit him and make an appointment, because the phone has never, ever been answered. He nicely explained that due to very poor reception, he can't hear the phone ring. Understood. But I had to cancel my appointment for my Audi to have some work done on it, and wanted to rearrange the date. So I called four times, and left a message four times. It's not my job to tell someone how to run their business, but if the phone is never answered and there is no contact, how does one make any money and attract clients? It's a pity, because clearly clients are very happy with this guy, and I wanted to benefit from his experience.

   Colin is always a pleasure to do business with. He's been looking after my A5 cabriolet since I got it, 9 years now,maintaining the service record. Word of mouth has spread far and wide, that if you love your VW, Audi or Porsche then he's the guy to go to! But you'll have to wait, maybe a week or so, but it's well worth it!!

   Ive had more than one bad experience with apathetic, underdelivering vw dealer services; which is why I was so glad when Volkstech was recommended to me. Colin is a great mechanic, very efficient and a lovely guy! He's very thorough and was so helpful; keeping me informed and explaining in depth all the necessary steps that needed to be taken to get my van sorted. Not only that but his pricing is very reasonable too - I'll definitely be recommending him to others in the future. Thanks so much again Colin for such great service

   Havnt paid for work, however chap leant me his jump leads as mine were useless and I was trying to help a mate. Top if I had a vw I'd be going there. Nice workshop and nicer wall wall art.

   First time using Colin, and more than impressed with the service. Caddy had intermittent misfire, diagnosed a faulty injector (something VW themselves weren't able to find) and promptly fixed. Van has been faultless since.
