Price is alright, been three times. First time a guy cut my hair great (5 stars for him), but for the latter two I had the eastern European/west asian guy who messed up my cut each time: The first time my ear was bleeding because he buzzed the flesh, and the second he accidently buzzed off a chunk of hair from the top, pretty much ruining it and making it asymmetrical until it can grow out again (which wont work at all in the meantime). The overall blending of the cuts wasn't great by him either, not smooth layers, had to fix it myself at home every time.

Both my boys had hair cuts in here today for the 1st time by Sam & Mario both boys really happy with hair, been struggling since moving to get a decent barber but these best cuts they've ever had, the attention to detail is something we've not ever experienced before. We had no appointment just turned up by chance, all barbers working though working individually you can feel are a team & on another level in there they professional proper passionate & friendly too, really grateful to of found these guys, great vibes great music too, will be back in a month every month...Happy boyz=Happy Mom,Thank you! Went for a beard trim and haircut. Guy cut my hair (quite a bit shorter than I'd asked, but no biggie) and then tied it up so he could move on to the beard. He trimmed my beard fine, but halfway through I felt a huge tug on my hair. I didn't think much of it at the time, because whenever you pull on any hair that's tied up, it distributes the feeling across the whole scalp so it can feel much more significant than it is, so I didn't say anything. Upon finishing my beard, the barber pretty rapidly took my money and hurried me out the door without taking my hair back down and letting me see how it all looked together. I only realised halfway home this was a bit weird, and took my hair down myself. It was then I realised there was a huge chunk missing from the right-hand side of my head, which had certainly not been missing after the conclusion of the initial haircut. The barber must have whipped out a huge chunk from the pony-tail with the bear trimmers by accident, and that must have been what I felt. I tried to put up with it for a few days, but it was extreme enough that one side of my face and neck was notably warmer than the other, and the chunk missing was far enough forward that it meant there was a big straggly bit at the front that was really annoying. I eventually just went back to my regular place (this was the first time I'd tried Chapz) and paid for a whole new haircut to even it out. And of course the only way to do this was even it out short, which means between that and the fact even the original Chapz cut was quite a bit shorter than I'd tried to indicate I wanted, means I lost about 6 months of growth and ended up looking pretty Tudor-era for a few months. This is really bad. It's one thing to mess up a haircut that badly, but quite another to try to cover it up, still take my money, and hurry me out the store. If he'd just admitted the mistake and evened it up, and not charged me, I'd have been a bit annoyed but what he actually did is properly fraudulent, and by my count they owe me £62: £25 for their cut they botched, and the £37 I spent fixing it. Avoid!
The service and attention to detail that Ayman and his team provides on every cut is second to none. Really enjoy getting my haircut done at this particular barbers as I’m made to feel very welcome. Not only are they a friendly bunch of blokes, they also do a really good job and I will certainly be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!
