DRS was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service provided! After being let down by other repair shops a friend put me in touch with them and they were able to book me in pretty much straight away. After dropping the car off for the initial fault, they contacted me to make me aware of further concerns but told me they weren’t essential and it was completly up to me if I’d like them to proceed with the extra work (which would have costed me more if they had gotten worse down the line). I agreed for them to proceed to fix the other concerns that they had found and when I recieved my car back after the work was complete it felt brand new. I know mechanics have a bad rep for ripping people off but DRS are the complete opposite, can’t recommend them enough, will 100% be returning to them in the future!

Zish and the team are fantastic. The only ‘mechanic’ in Derby that doesn’t take the mick. I use the term mechanic loosely because he’s so much more. He maps cars with a proper rolling road no amateur stuff, he services cars with dealer technology and he repairs them using genuine parts from the dealers themselves -invoices provided to prove of course. If your cars in warranty then you need to take it to the main dealers generally to maintain that warranty, but once it’s out of warranty Zishs place is the only place you need to take it. I’m not related to him by the way - a genuine customer who he’s gone above and beyond for.

Massive thanks to DRS. Messaged them on a whim asking for some work to be done replacing the clock spring on my car as main dealerships couldn't get the part. DRS were able to get the part within a week and get me booked in. My car developed an engine problem in the meantime that local garages couldn't diagnose and so was recovered to DRS who organised all the recovery process and were confident that they would be able to find the issue. After completing many tests they were able to find the problem and repair it. The several issues my car had were repaired by DRS cost effectively and to a high standard. I received regular updates about the progress on my car while it was at DRS. I will definitely be returning!!
