Had an issue with Windows going done when car was locked. Called JS and fitted me in at 9:30 following morning. Checked everything and Identified the issue which was the key. Put me in touch with an excellent locksmith and all sorted. A fantastic family company.

Totally 5 star service and would 100% recommend. Called Jake on Friday about what I thought was a battery fault. Booked me in for Monday afternoon where other garages were looking at 2 weeks. Within 3 hours of dropping off my car Jake had looked at the issue and called me to say job was completed. Absolutely fantastic friendly service and would definitely go back. I had a apple play fitted and a inverter to my campervan, Also he sorted my Aircon out and fitted my water pump nothing was to much trouble for them very helpful with my questions as I have been away from Derby for three plus years I would say they went the extra mile for me and I'm going back nexted week for a reverse camera to be fitted and he is going to sort out my service and Mot. So you can assume that I'm going to be a regular customer from now on .and the cost, You may ask was very reasonable indeed
Jake is a hard working, clued up technician. I recommend him for any of my customers that need electrical work as i know he won't let them down and his quality of work is incredible.
This guy looked into a fault with an air-bag light which was continuously lit on my Jaguar XF. He advised ordering a replacement part. After days ignoring my messages to fit the part after it arrived, it was an easy fit so did it myself. The fault is still there ! A complete waste of £110 for parts and labour. I am understandably none too happy.
Only booked in 2 days ago to have Jake have a look at an issue with my break lights on my mini cooper. Turned up promptly (at my workplace) it didn't take him long to figure out the problem, which he showed me and then gave me a couple of suggestions of what I need to do, along with fixing the issue. Fairly priced. Happy customer, will use again if I need to

I would highly recommend JS Autoelectrics. I had a stuck cigarette lighter that I wanted changing to a phone charging port with a USB-a and a USB-c port. I got a visit the week I rang to look at what was needed and the job was done early the following week. It’s a really smart looking job, looks so much better than before. Finally I can change my phone in my car - wish I had fixed it years ago! He wasn’t able to give me a fixed quote because he didn’t know how long the job would actually take as certain parts of the panelling and wiring might have needed to be removed but gave me his hourly rate and a cap that he wouldn’t go beyond so I was able to book the work in knowing I wasn’t going to get any nasty surprises. Very reliable in communications, arrival time etc. Ultra convenient having someone come to me too!
