Tried to up the agreed price upon receipt of the car, by around £200! Did a good job but trying to scam me made me never want to come back. Had the cheek to say at the end 'if you ever need anything else, come see us' no thanks mate. Also lack of communication, had to ring them multiple times to get any updates on repair, took a day to get back to me.
Recently ordered brake discs and pads with fit it service from Eurocarpart. After the brake discs were fitted ABS light came on. Came back the next day, and after investigation, we've found out that the brake discs didn't have ABS ring. Irfan was very helpful in sorting it out directly with Eurocarpart, even though this should have been my responsibility. Irfan came back on the third day (day off) to refit my brake discs with ABS rings with no charge. I am very pleased with the fitting service and excellent customer service provided. Will definitely use again.
Brilliant service, I’ve used them twice now and the service and price has been excellent both times. I appreciate the honesty and was very impressed with the speed and service received. I’d definitely recommend them and I’ll certainly use them again.
Absolutely appalling service. If i could rate a 0 i would. Do not use this garage unless you want your car to come back with more problems than it actually went in with. They take no ownership of their mistakes or the damage they caused to other engine parts trying to “repair” one fault, but created several others. They blamed their damages on “wear and tear” and just cleared codes and tell you theres no problem and send you on way. I have no guarantee my car is safe to drive. I don’t know what work was or wasn't done and have had to rebook it elsewhere for a second opinion and fix additional problems my car did not have before it went here.

Broke 2 different pipes from not taking care when changing the clutch. Go to derby remapping services instead, far better customer service, and they helped me out after this garage caused damage. Please do not take your car here unless you want to lose more money. They even asked for payment upfront
These guys are excellent to do business with, very true to their word and very helpful. I ordered a headlight on Wednesday lunchtime and it arrived, as promised, on Thursday about 13:00hrs. Bearing in mind these guys are in Derby and I'm in Edinburgh. I'm going to order another headlight and use this business for any other parts I may need. Thanks again. Bev
