   I have recently both purchased a vehicle, and sold a vehicle through Absolute VW. Regarding the vehicle I purchased, it initially came to my attention via social media, which stirred my interest, and lead me to the Absolute VW website. The customer service I received was first class. The attention to detail and transparency was particularly impressive. The car was immaculately prepared, and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. Regarding the vehicle I sold, again it’s a similar story, having been a customer of Absolute VW for many years, I knew I was in safe hands. The Absolute VW team made a phenomenal effort marketing the car, including a brilliant video, comprehensive photos and back story to the cars history, which was shared across various social media platforms & websites. This generated a lot of interest and resulted in a quick sale. The sale process was straight forward and hassle free. It has been a pleasure dealing with the Absolute VW team, with a particular mention for Simon & Ollie for their efforts.    I cannot thank Ollie & Simon enough for making our purchase of a new Campervan so easy, pressure and hassle free !!! After receiving the sad news that our beloved snowy (our old campervan) was on her last rights we decided to look local for our next van and as luck would have it they had a van in that we liked the look off - we shot down and had a good look round, it had everything we needed and wanted for our next van so a great upgrade .... so we made an offer and the van was ours - coupled with the fact it was to have a full service and key parts changed like cam belt and water pump etc and to bring the MOT in line was an extra nice touch. They were also able to help.us with our old van that had seen many an amazing trip through our wonderful isle from South Coast to Wales, through the Lakes and into the Highlands of Scotland all the way down the east coast too. Absolute VW kept us up to date with progress and communicated every step of the way ....    This summer I decided to sell my split screen VW Bus after many years of ownership. I hadn’t used Absolute VW before but decided to give their brokerage service a try as I didn’t really want the hassle of handling the sale myself. So glad that I did. My bus was professionally marketed over several online platforms with numerous photographs, videos and comprehensive detailed information for prospective buyers. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and within a few weeks the bus was sold with my full asking price achieved. All in all a really great service which I would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their VW.

   A big thank you to Simon who provided a basic pre-purchase inspection when I was buying a new VW camper. As it was my first camper, I wanted some reassurance so he suggested bringing the MOT forward and he even took it for a test drive. I’ll definitely take the vehicle in for further MOTs and servicing.    I’m new to owning a VW T2 having dreamt of it for years. My friend suggested Absolute VW for an initial inspection report before purchase, as well as choosing them for any work, having experienced top quality workmanship himself. The team did not disappoint! The service and quality is outstanding. I wanted to be sure my T2 was safe before taking my daughter on holiday in it, as well as wanting an advisory list of required work. Unfortunately my van broke down due to overheating on our maiden voyage because it ate some foam I’d fitted round the engine bay but Absolute stepped in, allowing me to get my van towed to them and keeping it safe until they could diagnose and fix the issue. My drive home after collecting him was a dream come true. I am now confident to head out again on our second voyage later this month. If you have any vintage VW or Porsche then don’t hesitate to book it in with the team at Absolute.

   I spent a fortune with Simon, but from day one the paint on the roof cracked, after the second time of repairing it, Simon refused to sort it out and said it’s out of warranty !!! The crack is so big you can hear the edges rubbing as you drive it. What a rip off merchant !!!!!!
