   Brilliant customer service, knowledgeable mechanics and fairly priced. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always work to the highest standards. I went in for a timing chain kit & automatic transmission service first time and then to change my shock absorbers. If you want your car in good hands without having to worry about the quality of the work done or getting ripped off, then just choose DRS.    It’s rare that I’ll take the time to leave a review, but the guys down at DRS did me proud this past weekend. I’ve been plagued by intermittent EML / “start-stop” issues for the past few weeks with my diesel Golf, but after only 4 hours in the workshop all my woes were gone. The car was up on the ramp, the subframe was dropped to get the DPF out, which was then cleaned out VERY well on the bench, put back in, EGR electronically closed (showing as being in the 100% closed position on the live OBD data), and the car has been remapped to a very healthy figure. It now pulls like a train, has no warning lights at all, and it’s running much sweeter! I can’t believe how much more spritely the car is to drive, but also how much more economical it is too! Thanks chaps!

   Absolutely first-class service from DRS. Completely straight with me from first contact, couldn't do enough to help. All issues diagnosed, talked through, options offered and prices agreed. Saved me a fortune on dealership prices, genuinely 10 times less than I was quoted by Mercedes. Booked me in at VERY short notice, with great communication on the day. Car drives brilliantly, much improved on standard and more importantly to me, all emmisions issues resolved. Be assured these are not your average guys offering quick 'deletes' who you'll never hear from again when your car goes wrong, these guys genuinely care and solve the issue first time. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and they will be my first port of call for any future issues. Thank you DRS!

   Had my A5 3.0 TDI remapped & DPF gutted by DRS a few weeks ago and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Communication was brilliant, managed to book me in quickly and service was excellent & professional. Car feels massively improved, their prices are fair and MPG has improved both around town and on the motorway (as long as I don’t put my foot down to enjoy the extra power!) There are definitely a few cowboys around when it comes to tuning/remapping but as you can tell from all the other 5-star reviews, these guys are honest.
