Nails donβt last long β mine broke after just a week. They dismissively said, it must be my mistake using my nails when I literally work on the computer all day and without considering at all it could be theirs. Wow! I was told the nails need to be redone each time, and the prices are very high, even compared to premium London salons. In one visit, three different people worked on me not that anyone asked or apologised, and after five regular appointments, they still donβt seem to remember a customer. Very disappointing experience. Feels like the customer is considered at all in the business model.

it's ridiculous that all the nail salons i've been to have their nails done have infills when doing dip powder. why do they have to remove them after each new application. the powder breaks down quickly. the price is too high for a normal set of nails. never going back

The salon is always busy but staff work hard so any waiting time is minimised. I would strongly recommend booking in advance. I like how my nails look and how they check regularly to make sure that my vision is what they are doing.

They did a great job with my nails so I went back to have them removed. The person who dealt with me was rushing a lot and unfortunately the tool slipped and took a gash out of my skin and nail which was bleeding. However they didnβt charge me but I do think they need to take more care. Uncertain if I will go back there again.
Update : It has been 10 weeks now and the nail has almost been replaced but can still see the gash..see pics below.

Reliable place to get your nails done. My appointments always start 15-20 mins late (something to keep in mind if youβre paying for parking) and sometimes the staff can be a bit impatient - but mostly theyβre friendly and do a good job. Itβs a shame they donβt have a loyalty system for good customers.

Best nail salon Iβve been to. They really care that youβre happy with the end result. Have been coming here for over 2 years and would never go anywhere else. Even if it may be slightly more expensive that other salons you really get what you pay for!

Luxury nails are fabulous! I have been coming here for years now and each time they listen and accommodate all my asks (even mixing up colours to match pictures I share). They are so friendly and I always leave really happy. Best nail shop around!

I recently moved to Twyford , I have been going to another nail bar in woodley and Henley for over 5 years I thought I would try Luxury Nails as it's on my doorstep and I can walk it in less than 10 mins. I managed to get in at the time I wanted this morning.

The salon was very swish, staff friendly and knowledgeable.
My nails look amazing and I am so glad I decided to go there.
I can't recommend this salon enough and I will be going there every 2-3 week from now on.
