   What kind of salons did the girls go to if they think this one is the best in town? That was my worst experience in beauty industry. The first thing you see is dirt and nail dust. Literally everywhere. I was happy that I haven’t requested any cuticle removal because I would get infected no doubt. The polishes are dirty, the lamps are dirty, the chairs you could guess. It’s inadequate to have the instruments touching your skin and possibly blood be THAT dirty. The nail tech through the towel on the chair where my coat was. Photos are attached below. If you care for your health - not recommended

   I loved the service I got. It was quick but good. She was really good and gentle when removing my BIAB gel nails polish and applying a new one. There is so much to choose from colour wise. It works with an appointment system however walk ins we’re welcome as well. I loved it and I have had so many problems with nail salons before and this might be the place that I commit to get my nails done again.

   The best nail salon in town. I’ve been coming here for a while and every visit is consistently excellent. They take their time, the designs are always spot on, and my nails last for weeks without breaking or fading. Extensions look natural and blend perfectly with my skin tone. The team is also so lovely, skilled, friendly, and clearly take pride in their work. The salon has a calm, welcoming vibe with a personal touch that makes it feel really comfortable. You can tell it’s a place run with care. Highly recommend.

   Been coming for a good few months, the staff are always very thorough! I’ve had multiple designs and nail art and the technicians are so talented! They are always happy to talk through designs and offer ideas, and make sure you are happy before leaving!

   My usual nail salon if I want intricate nail art. The salon owner did my nails and she took her time to make it absolutely perfect! They were all so lovely and welcoming too. Great experience, reasonable price for the time it took! Please come here if you want 3D nail art and great shaping. No bulky acrylics here.

   Love this place, it’s just a shame the technician I like left. I give this place 5 starts because it’s spacious, clean and everyone is super friendly. I do wish they trained their new staff a bit more before they start on clients. One of the technicians seemed as though she was new and she did my nails but it wasn’t to their normal standard. When the owner saw this, she redid my nails so I’m happy that they are maintaining their high standard. I know for me, it was awkward to say that I wasn’t happy but I appreciated that it was fixed. I love the colour range they have and all experienced technicians are very talented. I’ve recommended a few people to Grand Lux and they have been very happy with the service. I will keep returning and highly recommend them. I would suggest booking online as they can get busy at times. They will do their best to accommodate you but it’s not always possible. It’s a good place to go if you want to unwind and have some time to yourself.

   Great customer service. Consultants very friendly and so so helpful. Very professional. Good selection of colors and nails designs. The best place to get your nails done. You can book your visit in advance or just walk in. Grand Lux Nail Spa located in heart of Reading, near the Oracle shopping center. Great location, great service, highly recommends for every one.

   THE BEST NAILS IN READING! These are definitely the best nails i’ve ever had and i’ve been to almost every salon in Reading. A real luxury experience! The staff are so talented and super friendly and kind! i couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Complimentary drinks and so many designs to choose from! 1000% recommend, cannot wait to come back!
