I adore this salon and all the staff. Hannah and her team are the best. I’ve been going here for about 10 years and have never had a complaint. I like to challenge them and have had multiple designs and colours, to the more natural look. The staff are exceptionably friendly and take great pride in what they do.

I just had a pedicure at Planet Nails in Caversham, and it was such an amazing experience! The owner and all the staff were incredibly friendly, which made me feel so comfortable from the very start. The shop itself is spotless, creating a clean and professional atmosphere that really stands out. They did such a fantastic job, and I was especially impressed because this was the very first time I had a pedicure that included a warm towel wrap followed by a hot stone massage — absolutely perfect, especially with the cold winter coming! But what surprised me the most is the price — only £30 for such a luxurious pedicure! It truly felt like a luxury treatment at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be coming back soon and will recommend Planet Nails to my friends and family so they can enjoy this wonderful experience too.
I have been coming to Planet Nails for years now and they have never let me down! Lovely customer service and my nails always look amazing. They are so knowledgeable and skilful, would highly recommend.
I have been to a lot of nails Salons but this is by fair my favourite place I have been too!!! The shape was amazing and they really took their time on every nail. Would definitely recommended and visit again.

I did not book a pedi so was happy to wait i was quoted £28 i was shown to a seat 30 minutes later and asked to chose a colour the nail technician made no attempt to speak to me no offer of water she did a fairly average job whilst huffing & puffing throughout Coughing very loudly in between. When she said you finish i walked to the desk to be told it was £41 for longer lasting colour. I think its a disgrace that these places try to rip you off also insisting on cash so it cant be traced “ no VAT being paid perhaps” I WILL NOT GO BACK
I really like this place. I've had shellac done here 3 times and each time I've been happy with the result. I think they are very reasonably priced. The staff are quite friendly. The only complaint I have is that when it gets busy in there they will switch staff during your appointment. Meaning you'll start with one person doing your nails and end up with someone else entirely finishing them. It's not ideal really because it ends up being quite rushed. But overall, I've been happy with the colours and application. I would recommend this place.
My first time having SNS nails on my natural nails. So pleased with the result. Will definitely be returning. Hannah and her colleagues were so welcoming. They also make a big effort to keep the salon clean.
