   I called ahead of time to ask about availability, they said they had time, so I decided to go there in a hurry. I was sat within around 7 minutes and the lady doing my nails was very lovely. The nails themselves are beautiful. However, as I sat down to get them done, my phone started buzzing and it was an unknown number as it was not the salons number, as I did not have a hand free, I did not answer as I did not think it was important. Fast forward to when I leave, I am very happy with the experience itself but then I start getting messages from said number. Pictured below, I find these sorts of messages to be quite disrespectful and rude in all honesty. I work in hospitality, I know how to deal with customers and this is definitely not the way to go forward. The person started arguing with me later on saying I went to the wrong salon, had to explain exactly where I sat and what I had done. Then was telling me once I finally work in a job similar then I will understand and started blaming their language barrier for the misunderstanding. Misunderstanding or not, you should never treat customers in this way.

   Best nail salon experience I’ve ever had! They aren’t too thin, and the customer service was great. Only took around an hour for a full set of acrylic french tips which is great for a Saturday before christmas! Xx

   Honestly my mom and I booked in the morning in hurry for afternoon appointment and we luckly got it. The staff was very friendly and did exactly what we wanted. We are very satisfied despite the tough and complicated design that had to be done. The staff did extremely great job and the nails look fabulous. I would definitely recommend this nail bar. The male staff member who did my feet French tips really put the efforts in and did it with dedication and precision. The lady who did my hands acrylic nails also nailed it and gave gorgeous finishing and beautiful look even when it was time consuming. My mom was also very delighted with the female member of staff who did her nails and was impressed by the clean finishing and the final look as they looked awesome. She was very friendly and welcoming too.

   I went for a spa pedicure and manicure, then had shellac polish on my toes and nails. They were very thorough. When I got home I noticed that one nail looked like something had got under it, I popped in the next day and it was instantly fixed. I would highly recommend.

   Went to get my nails done yesterday. Was getting acrylic infills and the first person that started doing my nails filled them down so much to the point here my previous acrylics started popping off. He then tried to pressure me into getting them completely taken off and redone when there was nothing wrong with them. He was quite rude and pushy and seemed really young and inexperienced. The second person who then took over my nails then rushed them. When they were filling my nails even more it started to burn and I was also cut on my finger due to how aggressive he was. He was then yanking on my arm and shaking it to get it “relaxed” even though I couldn’t relax my hand anymore. The design was rushed and messy as well. Would not recommend at all

   If you go to this nail bar, ask for Alex, the set of nails I had done for me is probably the best set of nails I've ever had done, and I've had my nails done 6-7 times elsewhere. He practically broke his wrist to get the presicion on the white tips and glitter. I will definitely be going back there!!!

   I’m very surprised how rude staff is in this place. The man who did my nail was very rude. He would not listen to me, talk over me and painted the nails the way he wanted. He cut my nails with no shape and did the acrylic on it. Which is not neat at all. He hurt my finger few times by cutting in to the finger when I drag the finger away as a natural reaction he dragged it back very rudely. No apologies for cutting my finger. We do this type of thing to be more elegant not to done nails for sake of it is done. In the end he put some cream on my hand rudely and went. I cannot call that a manicure at all. Women was there who took my payment and check my appointment was rude too. They treat customers like they are their servants or workers. The man who did my nails was coughing badly in front of me. I was surprised how he was allowed even to work in a place like that which is very close to customers. I’m not sure how they get away with this type of behaviour. It is a shame that they have a lot of colours, good place and a location but very rude, incompetent staff.

   Sad to share this but for the past 6 months I have visited this shop often. In August I caught covid from visiting this shop. And this Monday I visited the shop and one staff member was coughing up so badly, looked very ill but the manager was happy to let him work in the shop. During this time I was the only customer in the shop so have definitely caught from him. Two days later I have now caught the same illness as this staff member which highlights the hygiene practice of this shop. Very disappointing. Both illnesses I caught from this shop as I only work from home and do not visit anywhere else in the same time I got ill. Following the below comment from staff - regardless if the staff had a flu, they should not be working with customers because they are passing illnesses to customers
