Really good and efficient service, great and long lasting BIAB manicure and gel pedicure, lovely staff. Started coming here when Angel Nails went downhill in the summer, much nicer salon and service.

Leon paid high attention to detail and is a lovely creative person, with fab ideas on nail design! You can really feel that he loves his job and he’s exceptionally good at what he does. Looking forward to my next nail appointment!

Has been my go to nail salon for 2 years now. Lovely staff, always friendly and willing to try any nail designs for you. Friendly owner, and fair prices. Also a good range of gel colour options.

Will never go there again! Had a guy start my nails, then leave them to dry (it was just the gel not a colour) for 20 minutes, while he went and started a pedicure on someone else. I then had to wait a further 10 minutes for someone else to come and paint my nails. Please can you finish one customer before going onto the other, it is rude and disrespectful. Not to mention my nails are done so thick

I got acrylic nails. They're a nude/pink to white gradient, coffin shape. There's lovely staff, made my nails look just like my reference picture. They made sure that every nail was the same length and let me sit next to my friend who was also getting her nails done. Once i got home i did realise a few MINOR imperfections (like low-ish apex, some nails thin/thinner than others, some a bit bumpy, some gradients were noticeable) but overall look beautiful and not noticeable to the average person. 100% recommend. The pricing was also amazing (£35). My friend got plain frenchies but the white was outlined with glittery silver and hers also costed £35.

Rushed job at queens nails. They should advise people of wait times when they arrive as they take on too many people and do the most basic job. I had to ask the guy to file my nails as he was just going to paint on top of them, the manicure took about 10 minutes. The pedicure is awful and already chipped, didn’t last a day, token gesture with filing down hard skin. Probably the worst £60 I’ve spent. I won’t be back.

Love Queen nails. Started going regularly after first lockdown when I had been gelling my own nails. Have tried other salons in Fleet but this is by far the best. Felt very clean and safe during covid too.

This is a great service, the nail technicians are lovely & welcoming. I am very impressed with the quality of work, I'm always really happy with my nails. I think they're the best place in Fleet in terms of skill. One thing they could improve upon is the variety of decals/sequins & designs etc. I wanted a celestial design but they weren't able to provide that or something similar. My main grievance & reason for knocking off 2 stars is the great lack of hygiene, especially considering Covid. For example; the makeup type brush they use to dust nail filings off your hands was quite used & dirty & is not cleaned/sanitised in between uses. The same goes for the brush they use on your toes - it's pretty grim to be honest! The amount of bacteria & infections etc that could be passed on is gross, frankly. If they improved the overall hygiene of the place then I would give them 5 stars.
