i was getting my nails done and half way through i got swapped out and they did all there nails and just left me not a great experience!
Lovely lady did a brilliant job on my infills, took her time to perfect the shape and there were no imperfections. I will certainly be coming here again
I got my nails done here today, they are friendly but didn't do what I wanted, I would liked a clear base with a coloured tip, but ended up doing the whole nail
Went here few months back. Got acrylic set done by one of the ladies, (seemed like the manager). Was almost finished but then decided I wanted to try glitter polish... The woman was extremely irritated by what I said and started scrubbing off the dried polish from my nail. I thought I was just imaging things but it turned out she was literally fuming! She completely lost control with the sponge and started scrubbing off my skin (above my nail). It started bleeding and it wouldn’t stop no matter how much I applied pressure on the wound - Only until I got home it stopped. In order to compensate, she gave me a 10% discount and a blank stare. Unbelievable!! Such a shame this used to be my go to nail salon (because of the cheap price) but I can gladly say that I will never be visiting again!!! Also this experience never happened to me at all, even though I’ve came to this salon several times. This manager lady let her anger take over her and intentionally decided to hurt me. Such people should not even be allowed to work as nail technicians. This is the reason why so many diseases are contracted, who knows they probably don’t even clean their equipment! Also these staff ladies (I don’t know about the men tho) do not know how to properly design nails,I was never satisfied with their work - which is why I kept changing my mind with the whole design. Due to my experience I will no longer be recommending this salon to anyone, and to anyone reading AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS!
I have been here twice to get my nails done (1st time) and nails and feet painted (second time). On both occasions, I was left dissatisfied with the work. On the first occasion, I have white tips gel nails done, for some reason, they don’t dust the nails properly so it ended with lots of particles in it and worse was that it had a yellowish tint after curing instead of pure white. Second time for my feet, they had no nail polish curer for feet so I was asked to let it air dry while my fingers were done after which I was transferred to the only station where I could use the nail curer on my feet. I was there for about 5 minutes and told it was dry. It wasn’t. I drove home and it had all smudged. I give it two stars because the lady who attended to me was very nice but, I would not be going back there anymore. I should have known as there are 3 nail salons on the high street, 2 were packed full of people but this one was quite empty. As I only come to visit my partner, I did not know which was good or bad and I thought the first bad experience was a one off so I’ll give them another chance, turns out that confirmed they are not very good
Some of the staff are nice, they are very accommodating for wheelchair users. More so than other nail bars in fleet. However, some of the staff are not very personable and encourage and manipulate you into spending more than you need/want to. They seem to be, on the whole, lacking in some skills... they refuse alot to do most patterns and designs or become slightly agitated or act inconvenienced when you ask them about it. They seem to prefer to just do plain colours, which generally they are quite good at. Also, when you correct them or ask for them to change something reasonable, certain staff become very defensive and inpatient. It can make you feel quite uncomfortable. Also, sometimes certain staff can be quite rough, I've come away a few times and had very red, painful and small bleeding around the nails. I think they are mostly let down by their people skills and customer service though.
First time at this salon and will be the last. Went in for a pedicure it’s the fastest pedicure I have ever had! Cuticles not done properly toenails not even shaped very rushed and un professional . Then the guy started to paint my nails without putting on a undercoat had to stop him and ask for it. Total waste of £23!!!! Now I know why the shop was empty when all the other nail bars were full up!!!!
Just popped in and the salon has had a make and looks clean, bright, airy. Girls are really nice and always do a great job. The pedicure now has a hot towel leg wrap which was very nice! Definitely recommend, good value for money.
Brilliant Nail Bar! I don't live in Fleet but have used this nail bar for years! When I visit family in the area I always know that this reliable service will never let me down. Pink and white acrylic stay on and do not 'lift' definitely an excellent nail bar! One of the best! Easy going..great experience and great staff!
