Managed to get me in very quick following an unexpected issue with my car radiator, and fixed it for me that same day. Fantastic service, really professional, and very transparent about prices and work. Couldn't have been better, I can't recommend Technicar enough after how helpful they've been.
Two weeks before our ferry to Iceland, head gasket blows on the van. Called 15 garages, including specialist major repair centres, but no one would touch it or had waiting times +2 months - nightmare situation! Then I called Technicar… Not only did they take on the job and promise to try and get the work completed within the 2 weeks, they also then delivered on that almost a week early! All the while doing a professional and thorough job, helpfully explaining what work would be done and why, the likely costs, and were happy for me to stop by and show me the work as it progressed. Excellent aftercare also for follow-up questions and tweaks. I really appreciate a garage that agrees a price for specific work in advance, and then calls if this might change before doing the work, so hoping Technicar continues to demonstrate this valued behaviour in future. Can’t rate them highly enough. Thanks Technicar for getting us to Iceland!!!
These guys are bloody brilliant! Managed to get me in for a big job on the exhaust (and catalytic converter, ouch!) just before Christmas, and had it done the following day (would've been same day but I had to decide whether to go ahead with it or not!) I've been here several times now, including for an MOT, and they have been consistently fab - they also always explain things really well for the non-car minded person, which really helps.
£60 for plugging in an OBD and not resolving anything. The RAC had found faults but cleared them so the car could be driven to a workshop. This was mentioned at the workshhop as well as the RAC fault report, but ignored. of course no one is expected to work for free, but the price was steep for an unthorough inspection.
Called Technicar to help me get my mums car sorted with MOT before the end of the month. Spoke to Frazer and as always,very helpful,booked in ant MOT done within 2 days of calling.Very efficient and professional service from all the guys at the garage. 10/10 for great service!!!
All family members have used Technicar for years for as far back as I can remember. Whenever we've had unexpected car/van issues have often taken it in at short notice and where possible its been sorted ASAP. Can't fault them, seems reasonably priced for service offered. Would recommend, had friends take vehicles to other garages that took advantage so passed them onto Technicar and got a much better overall experience so goes to show you can trust them.
