Extremely courteous and efficient service from the Team. They went out of their way to deal quickly with an urgent problem which presented itself. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
The team were incredibly knowledgeable and helped us in many ways, from seeing us with 15 minutes notice, giving us more advice than we’d got from other garages combined and being able to identify the issues immediately. When driving through Derby on our way to York we realised one of my tyres had a slow puncture from a screw, at first we were going to call out the AA but we found this garage was only round the corner. We rang ahead and asked if they'd put the spare on for us and they said come straight away. We and we were seen to very quickly and they put the spare on, pumped it up and gave us a location to have the tyre repaired all free of cost!! So helpful and much needed given our situation. Thank you so much!!
Very well run garage, Been going their a number of years with my Landrover Freelander. Given them a few complicate mechanical problems to fix, always had a good result. If you have a landrover new or old take it their for service or repair you wont be disappointed.
Fantastic all round!! Main dealers could learn a whole lot from this garage. I used them on recommendation to repair my Range Rover Sport and I can see why. They actually know all about the mechanics of the vehicle. I felt 100% confident in their knowledge. They explained everything clearly to me, so I understood the repairs required to fix the problem. They have been so polite, kept me in the loop and gone totally over and beyond for me. I am one happy customer and can’t recommend them enough…thanks guys.
