   Had gearbox/clutch problems on our automatic Tiguan on the motorway. Phoned Sunset. They gave estimate of price and were very accommodating about receiving the car about the time they were due to close for the weekend. We were going on holiday early next morning. Mason went to work early on Monday to do the diagnostics and contacted us with fixed price for job (which was at the lower end of the initial verbal estimate). Despite the parts required being difficult to resource Sunset pulled out all the stops and the car was ready for us when the taxi dropped us off from the airport. After the hair raising motorway journey it was great comfort to be able to relax on holiday knowing the car would be repaired on our return. Great service.

   Just done a large amount of work on my Skoda Yeti 1.2 tsi CYVB 2015. Very good and helpful despite me being a pain in the arse asking a lot. Decided to give them the tyres as well because they could get the exact ones I wanted, next day (for when the bulk of the work was being done so made sense) and the price was very reasonable. Also, going over what was found and needed to be done the actual mechanic//technician working on it called me. Speaking to him I knew he knew what he was talking about which gave me confidence to let them get on with it. Look at my other reviews as I have an interesting other powerful and heavily modified car and I do a lot of work myself and buy parts from the like of TPS which supply Sunset and the dealers. Now got an even better maintained car that drives even better and does not leak oil which typically it did a week after leaving Allumy Motorsport who did some urgent work on it a few months ago. They also specialise in the VAG group cars :) Needless to say, if they carry on like this there will be more business heading their way. Goes in, gets fixed up with proper parts including ensuring the whole job is a one visit job (replacing some parts along with the faulty one to make it all right and as new for reliability) by someone who knows what they are doing. Sounds good to me. Edit. Just been under the car, great attention to detail on the job they did for me. New sump plug and marked in position and spotless under there from the oil leak.

   Spoke to Pete who offered a next day diagnostic for EPC light on my dash. I took my Tiguan in the next day and Pete plugged in and found an EGR fault . His advice was DPF cleaner and see how it goes. Awesome service from a great team at Sunset.
