John is a first rate operator and he knows his stuff. I told him the symptoms on my Mercedes CLS 320 diesel and he immediately diagnosed the most likely fault and a few other possibilities. Within a few days I was booked in and he confirmed that the most likely fault he had mentioned on the phone (the turbo actuator) was indeed the cause of the problems. The vehicle was repaired scanned and tested within a few hours and drives so much better. John also checked the turbo and gave a positive report on this saving me a great deal of money. I am absolutely sure that other places would have just replaced the turbo costing me £1200 instead of the actuator, diagnostics etc at £380. John is a gentleman, a professional and comes highly recommended.
The turbo went on my sons 1 series BMW M Sport Diesel. I took it to John and he knew exactly what as wrong and what work needed doing. The turbo was repaired and the car is running perfectly.
