    Can't fault them at all on this occasion. As it was the Christmas period I was warned in advance that my tyre change may take longer than normal as the centre would be short staffed. This was not the case as Rich who was on reception duties decided to do my wheel change for me and I was in and out within half an hour. Apart from that Rich's customer service skills are second to none whether it be face to face on on the phone.

    Absolutely brilliant service, Rich was super helpful on the phone and fixed my windscreen wiper quickly when I got there. Very adaptable and friendly even though I didn’t give much notice. Fantastic service.

    I had a fantastic service from this business! I'm self employed and my work van wouldn't start when I had to be somewhere at an extremelybusy time. I got my van bump started and drove it to Halfords, Lymington. I explained the circumstances and although I could see that they were very busy the manager reassured me that they would get it sorted. Within around 10 minutes I had a new battery fitted and I was off on a job again! What a relief! A fantastic service! Second to none! So grateful. Thank you so much Halfords Lymington!

    Booked my MOT online which was super quick and easy. 2 really friendly staff members dealt with me dropping off my car and on pick up which again was extremely fast and informative. Only took an hour and a half and was all perfect and explained well. Definitely coming back!

    Very good efficient service for my MOT. New tyres ordered and fitted promptly same afternoon to enable my car to pass, would definitely use Halfords for my next MOT. There was a mistake in my final bill, as I was charged in error for something not requested, however this was dealt with immediately. Staff were professional and welcoming.

    Once again I’ve sent a vehicle to the folks at Halfords auto centre and once again they have been first rate. Their customer service is superb and I can’t recommend them enough. They did the inspection first thing in the morning, contacted me and sorted it by the end of the day allowing me to get a key company vehicle back on the road in 24hrs.
