   One of the top Irish bars in Aberdeen! Visited here recently with family for some Christmas drinks, shout-out to the lovely and friendly barmaid Amy, who poured me my first pint of Guinness! Will definitely be back.

   The perfect spot in Aberdeen if you want to watch sports games. I went on a saturday evening for a rugny game and spent a great night. Choice of beers is wide, staff is efficient and fair prices. I will come back for sure.

   I have taken a bit of time to place a review due to still being angry the way we were asked to leave this bar. We was sitting having a quiet drink on Sat 8th Nov, when the barmaid came over and asked for any empties, where I picked up a glass and handed this over, only for the glass to be snatch aggressively from me. All at the table were taken aback at the manner the bar maid conducted herself. When she came back past the table she said F… yous. At this point the bouncer was hovering about and we asked to speak to him and explained what happened, he said she was maybe having an off night, I said I’m not happy about this and asked to speak to the manager. The manager came over and I was calmly advising what happened, a couple we met from Dundee the girl started saying that’s not on and we were advised that he believed the bar maid, it didn’t appear their would be any repercussions on how his staff member treated her customers. Once the manager left, the doorman came over and said girls you’re not going to like this but you have been asked to leave. Apparently we had been aggressive at the bar. I’m unsure why asking for 4 drinks was agressive, as we were in a pub. I do feel this has been a bit of mistaken identity as never in my 58 years have I ever been asked to leave a pub. My only error was I was showing the doorman how the barmaid snatched the glass from my hand, not realising there was still a bit of alcohol in the bottom of the glass and is splashed his face. I instantly said I am so sorry I didn’t realise there was still drink and he accepted my apology. As for the manager, I feel you need further training on the “the customer is always right” and the manner that you dealt with our complaint. If you looked back at CCTV you will 100% find we had done nothing wrong. Most disappointing and will never go back to this pub in future.

   Got asked to leave this pub on Saturday night, not sure why, sitting at a table chatting when a very rude, attitude waitress snatched a glass from our table, called on the Sunday and spoke to staff member, told to phone manager today so basically told she was just doing her job, totally defending his staff, look at your CCTV sure that will explain a lot and doesn’t sound like anything will be taken any further, advice, don’t do that job if you don’t like the public, perhaps needs some training in customer servic, we won’t be back and there were a big party of us between two tables, shocking attitude

   Great pub 5min walk from train station. Although it's named an "Irish pub", they also offer local Scottish craft beers. I love the outside garden sittings with umbrella street view. I didn't got chance to stay for live music as I needed to catch my train, but I will definitelly came back when I will be in Aberdeen again.

   More of a student bar but nice and clean. Plenty seating with a good range of beers and food. Great wee spot to watch the football with multiple TV screens. All good!!!
