Highly recommended. I contacted them for a repair and MOT on my parent's car. My parents are elderly and have medical issues so some understanding and assistance was required. Hatton garage staff were absolutely brilliant in how they handled the arrangements and carried out a high quality of work at a very reasonable price.
Excellent service. Dropped my transporter in with an issue others had failed to diagnose and fix. Sorted quickly, and kept informed all along. Will use again and highly recommend.
My brake calliper seized yesterday as I was on my way to North Wales from Loughborough. I called the AA and they checked the car and told me it was ok to keep driving. I got back in the car and within 5 minutes the same problem was happening (obviously). I decided to put the nearest garage into my sat nav and go there. Once I got to Hatton garage and explained the situation they immediately looked at the car and diagnosed the problem for me. I called the AA again and explained that they needed to come back out. Although Hatton garage couldn’t fix the problem there and then for me (which you couldn’t expect any garage to do at 4pm on a Friday afternoon) they allowed me to wait in their waiting room until the AA arrived and everyone was incredibly lovely and helpful! Claire even offered to make me a cup of tea and allowed me to charge my phone. Amazing garage and lovely staff! Thank you so much
Spot on from start to finish, my missus bought a 1 series coupe from there which was very well priced, over the next month or so there were a couple issues and every time i rang up the response was "when do you want to come down" no questions, no typical dealer bull, just straight in and fixed. Think possibly the best customer service from a dealer we've ever had (And came in on Sunday so we could look at the car even though they were closed!)
